  Had an urge to give Arby's another chance after many years, and I get why people make fun of Arby's as the bottom of fast food chains. I stood there for 5 minutes while there were 2 orders on the screen with 4-5 workers, 2 of whom did not even seem to be actively working. Didn't get any acknowledgement. Truth be glad, that's probably for the better. Who wants to spend $11 on some deli meat? Lazy incompetent staff.

  When went about 12:30-1:00ish, the place was packed. Hard to move around as there were so many people in front of the counter either waiting to order, getting their drinks or waiting for their food to come out. This was especially true for my companion who was in a wheelchair.

  Terry is a great worker very respectful caring for all customers he makes sure everyone feels welcomed and loved Wenever he is working he make sure he repeats orders & make sure I have everything he never misses a beat he’s one of the best people i delt with in customer service service
