  sauce was not available for my take out order since the sauce cups available in the customer area do not have lids. whats the point of arbys if I cant get the sauce? its the best party of arbys. need to provide lidded containers for sauce for take out customers

  Had an urge to give Arby's another chance after many years, and I get why people make fun of Arby's as the bottom of fast food chains. I stood there for 5 minutes while there were 2 orders on the screen with 4-5 workers, 2 of whom did not even seem to be actively working. Didn't get any acknowledgement. Truth be glad, that's probably for the better. Who wants to spend $11 on some deli meat? Lazy incompetent staff.
