My husband picked up his lunch order and was very blatantly insulted from the get go. I don't want to name names or relay the hurtful, unnecessary, and unacceptable insult.. but we will not be back. I would like to think a company would take responsibility for their out of line employees but have very little hope for that, especially after contacting corporate about the situation and all they did was offer a coupon. A coupon? Really? Completely disgusting. I'd also like to add that my husband's response was to thank him and tip him. Because that's the kind soul that got insulted by YOUR company.

Went there for a personal pan pizza and a small hand tossed. I had to yell out to get someone's attention. There was only 2 people working, and the one who came didn't know how to help a customer. He didn't even know where the other one was. There's no noticeable menu when you walk in. When I asked, the person pointed to the wall behind me. That wasn't the one that had all the info. Finally he said exactly where it was and the menu had Everything. I found the pizza section, selected what I wanted, and went next door to conduct some business. My pan pizza was supposed to be a mushroom one. Neither person told me that they were out of mushrooms. When I got back I was told about the lack, and informed that they made it plain cheese. I took it because I didn't have time to wait for another one to get made 🙄. I love Pizza Hut pan pizza but will never go back to this one. Either it should be closed or get it under new management. 🥺😠

Ordered cheese sticks, but they were not cut. Just a rectangular cheese pizza essentially. Id had this happen once before, so this time I specifically asked if they were cut into the "sticks" and was told yes. Once again, they were not. Not sure whats so difficult about cutting pizza, but here we are.

Ordered a personal pan pizza with sasuage but got pepperoni. I can't eat pepperoni but also it was so tough to eat threw it away. Ordered double order of cheese sticks they were not even cut. I always liked pizza hut over all the other pizza. This is the only pizza hut around our area. We won't be back.
