  Drinks are great. My favorite seasonal is the Batty. If you like creamy blueberry-- this is the win. Their cold coffee is good. Sometimes a bit too bitter for me so I'll add a tad of sweetener. Their small warm sandwiches are rather good. Very tasty for a quick bite. The wait time can be frustrating but what can you do?

  If I could give them zero stars i would. Got to the speaker and the girl said “what do you want” terrible customer service. When we got to the window, our drinks were made incorrectly. Paid the extra 70 cents for cold foam and it wasn’t on it. The guy said he forget. Next when handed our donuts one was missing and he claimed it was in the bag. After that I tasted our coffees and had orders extra sweetener they was nothing sweet about the drink. So asked the guy if he added the sweetener and his answer was “uhhh i don’t remember” waste of time and waste of money.

  we have been to this location quite a few times in the last few months. the wait times are horrible and 2-3 times in the last two months we have been there, they explain after waiting 15+ mins in the drive thru that they are not serving food. we opt for a donut and some coffee and still ended up waiting over 20 minutes for just that. they need help at this location or new management who can ensure they have what they need at the start of every single week. we will not be returning until there are some major changes there. we were so excited about having a Dunkin in our area :(

  I've never waited so long for a coffee in my life. It didn't appear to be very busy, but it took about 15 minutes at the speaker to place an order, then another 15+ minutes at the window. The women at the window was extremely rude. She was texting on her phone while we waited and told us 'I'll get your coffees when I get to it.' For context we only ordered two ice coffees. The store appeared to be unsanitary. The manager/owner of this franchise should be embarrassed. I cannot imagine anyone ever returns to this particular Dunkin Donuts.

  Lady at the window literally kept rushing me to take my order when I kept asking for one minute while I was looking over everything. And then she started getting loud on her headset and then just told me to just pull up to the window and she’ll take my order and then she got so frustrated with me that she shut the window on me and had somebody else take my order for me. Team lead said that she probably shut the window on me because they have a B infestation at the moment when the little girl at the window had told me she was just gonna throw my food out the window All I did was ask for one minute to figure out what I wanted. I will never go back here, and I will tell everybody that I know personally could never do business with this Duncan location Especially with that girl at the window that was taken the order. I’m pregnant and just needed two seconds to figure out what I wanted. I kept asking her politely just for me two seconds. That girl was definitely an emotional before she is professional.
