  The drinks are inconsistent. I've gotten a few, and I was heavily disappointed after my boyfriend talked up Dunkin'. I got a latte that they forgot to put syrup/sweetener in. After going back to get it fixed, the solution was "we can put some sugar in it"?! And "well, lattes are more bitter because of the espresso." Incredibly insulting and unprofessional. The same order I get at Starbucks is smaller, and is just made wrong altogether at Dunkin'. I'd rather have spent the 2 extra dollars at Starbucks 😔

  So I just drove 45 minutes and pulled in at 9:00 on a DOT which I realized they close at 9 variant all the lights were still on so when I asked at drive-thru if I was able to just get some donuts and apologize for coming right when they were closing and multiple voices over the intercom loudly said we're closed! Then a little female voice comes on the intercom in a condescending and smart alec way saying we don't have any donuts! I realize it was 9:00 on the dot and if they said no I was okay with that and understand but the way I was treated when I simply in a nice calm manner asked if I can just grab some donuts and apologize about coming right at closing. I've worked in the food industry many years ago and never once did I act like that. This place just opened recently and this is the third time I've been here and the second time I've had a problem. I'm sure the owners would love to know how these little kids were acting

  I won’t be back to this location. They’re constantly putting things for in-store orders in the drive-through and you have to stand there and wait for them to hand it to you. Additionally, there’s half drinking drinks that the employees are sipping on while making food and drinks for customers. It’s gross.

  I’ve gone here a three times since they opened, trying to give them chances, and every single time I’ve been frustrated and disappointed. Out of items, wrong order given to me and had to come back, cold food every time, dry bagels, and my first coffee was really bad, I ended up pouring it out. I will say the staff is very polite and friendly every time tho, so there’s that If you can, you’re much better off just going to the Dunkin in Dublin or Christiansburg. Or just go to Sheetz next door.

  I am begging you, pleeeease taste your iced coffee black in the morning before you serve it so you can catch these bad batches that were made. Our iced coffees(decaf iced coffee and normal iced coffee) tasted so incredibly horrible this morning. I was so excited that the iced coffee was great when you first opened and it seems like the iced coffee is always the first to slip quality wise at the stores around here.
