  I was overall happy with the food and I thought the place was very clean. But I did notice one of the workers eating breakfast in the food production space this morning. To me that’s just very gross and not sanitary. For that reason I have left 2 stars and attached a picture of this employee eating

  My food was just OK when I came in this past week but the reason I'm giving them a five star review is there's a young lady that works there I think when I asked another young lady what her name was she said her name is Kay-dance or Cadence... she is an absolute joy to speak with so kind so polite and took her time with my mother who is in the ladder part of her 80s. You need to give people like this a raise because just because my food was not the best and my coffee was actually wrong. I will be coming back just because that individual made me and my mother feel so amazing at Duncan!

  I sat in the Drive-Thru for no reason with one car in front of me for over 10 minutes both me and the car in front of me had mobile orders the lady that was running the headset was very hateful and my coffee I order the same every time I get it it did not taste the same. It is unacceptable to leave cars sitting in the Drive-Thru for 10 minutes plus while you service everybody inside first and then get an attitude with the people that's been waiting in the Drive-Thru.

  Order online for pickup is blank! Plus your website menu option doesn’t work. Plus your phone number doesn’t work. Plus the one time I visited this store it was very VERY loud. BUT you’re doing good business so I guess you don’t need mine!
