  If you want attitude with your donuts, this is your kinda place. I've been a few times since they opened and am not impressed. They made the wrong drink, the replacement drink was mediocre at best. Another visit the drink was correct but still not that great. Each time they have been out of most of their donuts. Just keep driving to Carol Lee for amazing donuts!

  I know they just opened but very few customers and 3 cars at the drive thru 6 people working well maybe 2 of the 6 working no sparkling water for the refreshers, maybe should have been told before we ordered. So they just put still water kind of defeats the purpose of a refresher. Took 12 minutes to get two drinks again defeats the purpose of getting a quick drink,also wondering if the girl at the end of the counter holding it up was there when they built the place or is she a new fixture she took off one ticket off the whole time

  The staff was super helpful and friendly, even though I wasn’t prepared to order, they walked through with me, assisted me in ordering, and were very fast! Excellent service, and even better food!

  Got up and notice its after 5am and dunkin is open. So we drive to your location and we use the mobile app and it wont let us order till we are 2 miles from the store. So we do that and pay. We roll up to the drive thru only to find the app is wrong they dont open at 5 they open at 6 am. So we lost our money cause we couldn't wait till 6 am. If you advertise something you should actually do it. The owners need to know someone couldnt get out of bed to open at 5am.

  Fairlawn now runs on Dunkin. I’m very excited for this. I appreciate that this location has branded itself the “Fairlawn” Dunkin’ rather than following the Fairlawn Kroger’s absurd example of branding itself the “Radford” Kroger.
