I wish this place served their customers with fairness and equality!!! They do have great food but clearly, if you're "not one of them," then you're not priority. Our family of 3 were the first to arrive for lunch and the only customers for the first 10 minutes, but we did quickly place our orders once we got seated. Afterwards, a family of 6 arrived. Suddenly , the staff dimmed all of the lights, lowered their wall-sized screen projector, which is literally right next to our table so the screen lights were beaming down. They did this so the family could watch a soccer game from a bigger screen. I guess they weren't satisfied watching them from the large TVs next to them. I kind of thought it was rude to subject every customer to that kind of atmosphere -- I mean, this wasn't a bar type of establishment where we would expect something like this, so it was a bit off putting. Another 20 mins and we started wondering where the food was especially because the family that came after us already got served all of their food. My husband asked the server and she proceeded to say that there was a mistake and that the busboy somehow mistook our orders for the family's, because they're exactly the same. Seriously?! My goodness, there were only 2 active tables in that entire place. A case of mistaken order?! Plus, did this family also order 5-piece chicken tenders too?! (for our 9-year old) None of them were younger than 20 but sure, stranger things have happened.... or maybe.... they just shifted all of their effort and attention to this group, perhaps because of their affinity for or relationship with them. Good Lord, we're not naive. Regardless, it's not the way you treat customers fairly. In any case, no huge loss if we don't visit this place anymore.

Taste of Silk Road is a must-visit for anyone craving authentic and flavorful Central Asian cuisine. The food is outstanding, especially the kalla pocha soup—rich, delicious, and packed with natural collagen. The atmosphere is vibrant, with a huge screen showing live World Cup matches, making it a perfect spot to enjoy great food with friends. The staff is incredibly welcoming, and the service is excellent. Amazing food, great hospitality, and an unforgettable vibe—highly recommended! 10/10.

Taste of Silk Road was genuinely one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in a while. The restaurant is beautifully decorated, VERY clean, and has a warm, cozy ambiance. The cute dishware, nice music, and even the huge projector playing FIFA matches made the experience even better. The service was top-tier! everyone was so welcoming, always smiling, and regularly checked in on us. We ordered the chuchvara soup, kebab platter, sujuk pide, somsa, laghman, and several teas, and every dish was delicious. But the star of the show was definitely the laghman (or as I like to call it, “lag manzzz”). The thick noodles, flavorful vegetables, and thinly sliced beef were the perfect combination. As someone who usually has a hard time eating red meat, I was shocked by how tender and well-marinated the beef was. No complaints, very scrumptious! The somsa was another favorite. Warm, fresh, and perfectly crispy. It looked almost too pretty to eat (almost). Overall, 10/10. Amazing food and wonderful hospitality. I’ll definitely be back again soon!

We had dinner at this restaurant and tried both Turkish and Uyghur dishes. Everything we ordered was absolutely delicious. The flavors were authentic, and each dish was prepared with great care. The prices were also very reasonable compared to similar restaurants, which made the experience even better. The staff were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and hospitable throughout our visit. At the end of the meal, they kindly treated us to tea and dessert. The tea was especially wonderful—freshly brewed and full of flavor. One thing we especially appreciated was the prayer room. It was clean, thoughtfully maintained, and provided a comfortable space for prayer, which was a very nice touch. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for delicious food, genuine hospitality, and a welcoming atmosphere. We are already looking forward to coming back!

very Disappointing service—never judge a book by its cover. No one should ever be judged, period. My wife, son, and I decided to go out for spicy noodles to treat ourselves (I am investor & made $24k across my accounts in single day from my stocks-not that important to us but we wanted a good the dinner experience ) Because a heavy rain (my wife wanted spicy noodles, rainy day and perfect match), so we cut our family walk very short, we hopped straight into the car in very clean but normal, ordinary clothes. & It seems this restaurant text-book "judged" us based on our appearance. We were treated very poorly compared to everyone else. Multiple tables sat down after us and had their orders taken immediately & water and separate plates for everyone. When the food arrived, the waiter completely ignored our 2-year-old. While other tables with children had water and plates ready, we had to ask twice for a plate for our son, which then arrived without a spoon. The noodles were spicy, and despite asking twice for a glass of water for us and my toddler, the waiter never brought it. The waitress, however, have plenty of time to laugh & have long conversations checking on his other "preferred" guests and asking how their food was, etc. Very Terrible service and judgmental waiters and restaurant . Money spends the same everywhere, and we will spend ours elsewhere next time.
