- HHHTJun 17, 20265.0Today I had an issue with an online shopping order at Store 1431, Fairfax Towne Center. It was an unusual situation and required a lengthy amount of time to resolve. I’m so thankful to Ben and Will for all of their hard work and effort in correcting this situation. Not only were they both extremely kind and understanding, but they went above and beyond to resolve this issue. They made several phone calls and helped me every step of the way during this process. I have never had such amazing customer service. These two men are outstanding employees and people. I left feeling confident that the issue was resolved properly. They were two of the nicest individuals I have encountered at any store in my area. When people go above and beyond for their customers, it leaves a lasting impression. Thank you so very much Ben and Will. Your extraordinary efforts did not go unnoticed. I commend you both for staying calm, kind, and removing any frustration from this complicated process. I left smiling and was not able to thank them enough for how wonderful they both were navigating this issue.

- PDPeter DivineJun 3, 20262.0Not only is this place more expensive than any other grocery store in the area (besides maybe the extra-high end ones like Wegman's or Harris-Teeter) in order to pay for their unionized employees, but their produce section is almost perpetually unreliable. I only went here yesterday to buy some onions because my car's in the shop and this is the only grocery store within walking distance, and when I took the bag of onions home and sought to use them, two of them were already rotting. I can forgive higher prices to cover unionized pay, and I can forgive grocery stores not keeping tabs on all their produce all the time, but I can't forgive both. You're going to charge extra, then delivering low-quality (not even average!) is inexcusable. There's a Wal-Mart and a Giant five minutes down route 50 in either direction, people- save your money.
