- ELElise LeeApr 16, 20261.0I went to the Starbucks inside this Safeway. They should open at 6. However, there was a note said, “Good morning, I will be back at 7am.” So I waited about 15min. She did not come at 7. And there were 3 people waiting in the busy morning. Finally she returned gloomy, with an expression that showed absolutely no remorse. I was so upset about her attitude. Safeway should not hire that kind of person for morning duty. She ruined customers morning.

- TSThomas ShoemakerMar 21, 20181.0Horrible customer service. I left a cart at the front on one occasion and overheard an associate say " too lazy to put it back". On another occasion I was refused service at 12:03 with a cart full of groceries after an announcement was made at 11:55 to proceed to the front as the store would be closing. I arrived at the cashier and was greeted by cursing and disgust as he called for the manager because he had closed his til. The manager then comes out and asks "if I had a hard time hearing" because she had made an announcement that the store would be closing. 12:03!!! I wouldn't have been 3 minutes past if one of the two associates I had asked where the tweezers were had actually known instead of sending me on a wild goose chase. What a shame. My family had always loved safeway and it's rubbed off on me and my family. However, thanks to this location, I will be driving an extra few minutes to Giant. Thank goodness for options! I refuse to reward horrible service with continued patronage.
