- KSKaren Senkbeil3 days ago5.0My first time at QDOBA Mexican Eats in Fairfax. There was no line because I came around 2 pm on Sunday. Good food, I think its better than Chipotle. I got a bowl of chicken. Chicken is not as dry as Chipotle.
- DRDeepa RaneMay 8, 20263.0Please hire english speaking staff. I took their fried bowl, with the very less quantity of food I was end up paying $20 for the bowl. I was telling the lady that I just want 2-3 shrimps just to taste but I guess she did not understand the same. At the end when I asked the man who was taking the payment he told me that price is $20 because of the meat. That's not worth the money for 6 shrimp's & little chicken on the bowl. Accent was hard to understand for the staff who were working there.

- AAA&TApr 27, 20265.0We come to this Qdoba fairly regularly and it’s always a great experience. The food is fresh, portions are solid, and everything is put together well. Service is quick but still friendly, which we appreciate. Christopher really stands out as we see him there all the time and he’s always helpful, professional, and just genuinely pleasant to interact with. He consistently makes sure you’re taken care of. Much tastier than Chipotle which has really gone downhill ever since they changed their recipe and preparation process. Would have shared pics of the food but it never lasts long enough for us to get pictures of it.

They tell me it costs extra for extra toppings (cheese, salsa, etc) when on the app it doesn't say anything about that. I then get home to see that my bowls are half empty. When I tried calling to ask about that they pick up the call and no one is on the line. To top it all off my order was over 25 mins delayed. If I could give 0 stars I would. I'll be sticking to chipotle from now on. (Watching the employees pick up little pinches of topping for the bowls was the cherry on top)
