- BRBret RogersonMay 13, 20265.0I was just in the Fairfax area by chance and got a late lunch because there was supposedly a re-screening of Jerry Maguire nearby. Anyway we stopped by Ozzie's. I had the filet and my special-needs friend had the Tagliatelle I believe. We shared a crab and shrimp Louie and the Margherita Flatbread. Everything was terrific! The biggest reason for the review was the reponse from the manager that was helping us. I always seem to forget names but I am fairly certain his name was Neil. In a time of transactional experiences he made the trip stand out. I forgot to order french fries with my meal and he responded like I was someone important. It was genuine and made us feel very welcomed. I hope he is acknowledged for all his hard work.

Upon our arrival, we were quickly seated. Our waiter was jovial and kind, offering great recommendations. We of course had the Ozzie rolls which were warm and delicious. I also had the Louisiana Pasta with the addition of shrimp, which was seasoned well. My only recommendation for this dish would be to ensure that there is enough sauce (I had to request more) for the pasta and possibly a more creamier/thicker sauce (which would have made this dish perfect for me). Overall, I had a good experience.
