  I didn’t dine in so that service I can’t rate. However, I placed a take out order and was very specific but they still didn’t listen. By the time I got home with my food they were closed and couldn’t do anything about it but the taste just isn’t better or on par with what I’ve had in the area. It’s just okay…

  One of the worst Thai food experiences I’ve ever had. The prices were ridiculously expensive, and the food was honestly awful. The noodles were unbelievably sweet — I have no idea why a stir-fried noodle dish would taste like dessert. We could barely eat it. Very, very disappointing. Absolutely not worth the money. Do yourself a favor and don’t come here.

  For the price and location, this is a great Thai restaurant. Loved the crispy chicken Drunken noodles, red curry, Thai tea, and cloud drinks. Your mileage may vary, but for my tastes, this is more than suitable!

  Nalak Thai feels like one of those newer restaurants that actually gets the balance right — stylish and modern without feeling cold or overdone. The warm lighting, hanging greenery, and comfortable seating give the space a relaxed atmosphere that makes it easy to settle in and enjoy the meal. The food was flavorful across the board and nicely presented. The curry was rich and comforting with plenty of depth, the grilled skewers were tender with great char, and even the fried tofu stood out with its light crisp texture and addictive dipping sauce. Everything tasted fresh and thoughtfully prepared without trying too hard to be fancy. Service was exceptional throughout the meal. Friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming from the moment we walked in. Food came out quickly, drinks were refilled without asking, and the staff made the whole experience feel smooth and relaxed. Definitely a spot that leaves a strong first impression and one we’d happily come back to.

  Phenomenal!!!! Just delicious!! Get the crab Rangoon’s! The 🍍sweet chili sauce was to die for. Loved the lad na asked for extra spice. Just yummy. My mom had the mama tom yum with 🦐. We will be returning here often when we visit dc and are leaving a need a quick dinner before heading home. Very convenient off the highway as well!
