    Sad food. I have pics to post. Why doesn't management do quality checks on the line? This is the 2nd time in 5 days that this is what my experience is. Last time I drove 12 minutes in the storm to get it fixed. This time it's a review to warn others to spend your money somewhere that cares about the food being served to the customers. The tomatoes are under ripe, more green than orange, because they are far from a red ripe tomatoe. The crispy chicken breast looks like they haven't changed the fryer oil in a long time. Super dark breading, like almost black in some spots and a bit dry. The "breast" was tough and had that weird chewy cartilage thing in a third of it. The size was a bit small, too. McDonald's is my go-to for fast food, usually. Well, it was.

    Worst McDonald ever, very bad representation, the manager at the drive through is extremely rude and disrespectful. Please avoid

    I ordered a hamburger plain and double meat. When I got home burger had all sauces, onion, cheese and one meat. No option on the app to place a complain, called the store the person who picked up said if I wanted a refund I had to go back, show the burger, the receipt and she would make the order again. But that there was no way to do a refund for mobile order. I insisted I was at home already why would I need to go back if they made the order wrong, she insisted I had to go back and she was not able to do anything else. Terrible service, waste of time.

    Quedé impactada con la personas que hay ahí una señora me atendió mayor ya y enojada porque no le di el código. Y me dijo q no era mi problema si ellos se apuraban o no. Que es esa actitud jamás vuelvo a este lugar mal servicio y atención. Debería de evaluar el personal y poner personas capacitada no inectas afectadas que traer problemas de la casa. Y los viene a traer al trabajo

    I have seen better McDonald's in the hood compared to this one. I was shocked. I made my mobile order. Pulled up to the box and no one said a thing. I waited for a few minutes and got a response after I said "Hello!" I get to the window and my order was wrong. I had to have my drink remade. After I parked and finished my meal I decided to use the facilities. First thing in the morning and the bathroom was a mess. I took a picture of the non working hand dryer 🙄
