  My mother slipped and fell at this McDonald’s around 5:30 PM because the floor near the restroom had been mopped without any wet floor sign visible. After she fell, she had to beg an employee to help her get back up. What made the situation worse was that the employee later claimed there was a warning sign there, even though there was not. We reported everything to the manager, and they showed little concern and did not seem to care about the situation at all. Very disappointing and unprofessional handling of a serious safety issue.

  Completely unhelpful and beyond rude staff whether you're an actual customer or a door dash driver. As an actual customer I placed an order with a coupon for any sized fry free with purchase of a large drink. Something happened with the app and it never gave me a confirmation code. I checked my account and I had indeed been charged, and the coupon was no longer available in the app, indicating it had been used. I tried explaining all of this to them and they refused to even listen or even look for me in the system. After asking for probably a 5th time, the lady working there started huffing and puffing about, and I'm pretty sure just pretended to check their system for my order, then told me to leave. I order from here almost every day and couldn't believe how they acted and treated people. I also drive door dash and its impossible to get them to help you when picking up a door dash order for other customers. Stay away from here. Rude, mean, lazy and unwilling to handle any issues.

  Ordered #6 this morning and they did not gave me my hash brown (didn’t checked my bag before I drove off). Very dishonest place!

  Ordered for drive through take out before 2am, made it there before 2 no one answered the drive through, so I went up to the window, and not only did the workers see me they ignored me and then closed the store down. This is unacceptable for an establishment to do. Closing before the actual closing time and ignoring a customer. Will never come here again!!!

  I ordered my food but they didn’t put everything.my order is missing a lot of things and it’s not the first time something like this happened.plus they gave my first order to someone else.really disappointed
