  Mohammad is probably the nicest and most accommodating owner I've had the pleasure of dealing with. The pizza is always cooked fresh and they take great care in it's preparation. My wife and I have had our fair share of visiting different Ledos shops, and this location is probably the best one we've ordered from. Absolutely love the food and the service! -John & Steph

  Favorite pizza place of all time!! Mohammed is always very helpful and the conversation is great. Me and my family come here a few times a month and each time is better than the last!! Amazing crust, sauce and overall the best pizza in the area!!

  Last Wednesday, I received a call from Ledo Pizza asking if I was coming to pick up my pizza. I told them I never ordered a pizza. The employee insisted that I did because it was “placed online.” I explained that I understood it was placed online, but I was asking what credit card had been charged so I could check my accounts. Instead of answering the question, he just kept repeating, “It was ordered online,” over and over, as if he didn’t understand how stored payment methods work. I explained that I was not coming to pick up the pizza and requested a refund since I did not place the order myself. The conversation went nowhere, and we eventually hung up. I called back two more times trying to resolve the issue and request a refund, but nobody answered. After looking into it further, I realized my credit card was stored in my Ledo Pizza app. I believe my grandson may have accidentally placed the order while using my phone or app. Regardless, I never authorized the purchase, never picked up the pizza, and simply asked for some understanding and courtesy in refunding the charge. The following Monday, I called again to explain the situation. Instead of helping, they told me to contact my credit card company. Once again, they seemed unwilling to understand that when a credit card is saved in an app, anyone with access to the device can accidentally place an order. So that’s exactly what I did — I disputed the charge with my credit card company, and they refunded my money. What Ledo Pizza doesn’t realize is that for $15, they lost a longtime customer. I have now removed all of my payment information from the app, deleted the app entirely, and will no longer order from Ledo Pizza again. Poor customer service and zero willingness to help over such a small issue cost them a loyal customer.

  tried to call they immediately cut me off after i said "hello" and didnt get to order. tried calling back multiple times only to be hung up on before i even got to speak

  I get 5-star ratings with one catch. I tried to call in my order and never got an answer directly on the phone. I tried to order online but couldn't make the orders be accepted for some reason? The person behind the counter was very nice and the pizza was excellent so I think it was just a few technology glitches that weren't really great. Based on food and service as a pickup I thought it was a great experience except for the technology glitches.
