  The ice cream shop has many great options inside the mall. I recommend downloading their app to benefit from rewards and special offers. The place is very clean, organized, and the staff are friendly. Great spot if you want a sweet treat while shopping.

  We arrived at Häagen-Dazs on 02/20/2026 at 8:35 PM,well before the posted 9:00 PM closing time. I ordered a simple Belgian chocolate milkshake, and the employee responded that she “couldn’t really make anything because we were very close to closing” and said she “only had a few minutes.” I drove specifically to this location, and there was another family behind us who heard the same response and ended up leaving as well. In total, eight customers walked away. I understand preparing for closing, but if the store is open until 9:00 PM, customers should still be served or change your hours. Unfortunately, this experience felt rushed and unwelcoming.
