  Today, I received the worst customer service ever from the man overseeing self checkout. I asked him if he could help me with the heavy packs of Gatorade since I am still recovering from recent back surgery. He said, “NO.” I asked if there was a scanner, and I could scan them. Again, “NO” in a mean tone. I asked if he could override so I didn’t have to bend and lift so much. AGAIN, “NO.” I asked for help. ANOTHER , “NO.” He clearly was intent on standing in one spot doing absolutely nothing. Save on salary and put a cardboard employee or a robot that can only say no. Worst customer service ever in all the years of going to that store.

  My wife and I stopped by this evening May 2, 2026 to pick up something for our son. At 8:50 pm, my wife was in self checkout. The item’s price seemed incorrect. My wife asked the associate Maria for a price check. Maria was dismissive, ignoring, scoffing, and rude. It was humiliating and traumatic for my wife. My wife and I asked to speak with a manager, but another associate told us the manager would not return until tomorrow morning.

  Great environment and overall a really positive experience. The store is clean, well-organized, and the staff are friendly and helpful. You can tell management cares about both customers and employees, which makes a difference. I appreciate the professionalism and the way everything is run—definitely a place I’d recommend.
