The person who was tending the self checkout said that it can take 15 minutes for them to work (which hasnt been the case many other times that I have used these coupons). That wouldnt be enough reason to mark them a 1 star. The reason I did that is because that person was powerless to do anything about it. He verified I did everything right and then just said "sorry" when I asked if he could fix it.
