The food was fresh, hot, and prepared exactly as ordered. The burgers were delicious, the fries were outstanding, and the restaurant was clean and welcoming. What stood out most was Justin’s commitment to customer service. He was attentive, approachable, and clearly cared about providing a great experience for every guest. It’s refreshing to see a manager who leads by example and takes pride in both the food quality and customer satisfaction. Thank you, Justin, and the entire Five Guys team for the excellent service and fresh, wonderful food. I’ll definitely be back! This version highlights both Justin’s leadership and the quality of the food, which tends to make for a strong and helpful review.
- AAAgustin ArandiaApr 23, 20261.0I stopped by maybe at 9:40-9:45pm, not realizing they close at 10. No one mentioned anything about dining closing soon or that we’d need to leave shortly. At 10 PM, they locked the doors, which is totally fine an common, but then an employee (possibly the cook, wearing a different shirt) told us to pack up and leave in 2 minutes. At first, I thought he was joking because another employee made a gesture like “you’re fine, don’t worry,” so we kept eating since we were almost done anyway. Just a couple of minutes after 10, the same employee started threatening to call the police because we hadn’t left yet. I explained we were literally finishing up and would be out in a minute, but the situation escalated unnecessarily. It was uncomfortable and honestly pretty disappointing. The food was great as always, but the service at this location, specifically from that employee, was handled very poorly. A simple heads-up or a more reasonable/friendly approach would have gone a long way. We would just had the food to go, not a big deal.

Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.

Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
