  I went to pickup my order, but it was not there. I showed my receipt and name but they told me they couldn't do anything about it and I received no other service or compensation.

  I came to pickup my online order, and they said they didn't have my order number. I showed my payments, order details and they didn't do anything. Staff is just incompetent and disappointing, one of the worst services I've had.

  Pick up order issues were unresolved with staff having their own problem in their system. They had no answers when it came to finding out what went wrong and nothing was done.

  I can’t say enough good things about the team here! I made a mistake and placed a catering order for Valentine’s Day heart shaped bagels after they had already closed for the night. When I showed up the next morning, the team informed me that they made my bagels fresh on the spot. They completely went above and beyond to fix my error. Not only was the service incredible but the bagels were warm, fresh, and absolutely delicious. 11 out of 10 would recommend. Thanks for everything.

  I have ordered from this location between 5 - 10 times in the last 6 months and the food quality has been poor and inconsistent. I usually order online and pick it up but I have ordered in store and gotten the same poor results. I order the same thing always: Nova Lox on a cheddar jalapeno bagel w/ various cream cheeses. On multiple occasions, the bagels have been stale or the bagels were completely the wrong type. The cream cheese the consistency of soapy dishwater, or non-existent on the sandwich. The sandwiches always are sloppily put together and wrapped in the paper. Lastly, the Nova Lox comes with chips when you order online, however, when I ordered in-store I was told that this location's combos have changed and the sandwich was the same price as it is when it comes with the chips. I have been to other locations in the northern virginia area and have not had these same quality or service issues. This location is the worst.
