Opened the bag to my coffee cup laying down sideways and the bottom of the bag and my donuts were completely soaked in coffee and my cup was empty. So I now can't drink or eat my donuts! Wish I could post photos! I’m so pissed.

When ordering my meal she seemed to have no clue what I was asking for, I wanted the early riser meal that is promoted all over/ on social media & in store, I had to tell her what it was. We got our drinks those were good and then sat waiting for our meal, two other ladies came in and before placing their order she placed a bag on the mobile order counter and said nothing. She took the ladies order then proceeded to make food. And then 5 minutes later place a bag on the counter, my boyfriend went to grab the bag assuming it was ours because again she said nothing (we were also never given a receipt to know our order number). And she then tells him the bag that has been sitting on the online order shelf for 10 minutes now has been ours. How were we supposed to know that? I assumed it was for someone who ordered online because it is on that shelf. I love dunkin I have gone my whole life this service was terrible. Whats worse is we got home just for me to the bag and see my wake up wrap was missing the hash brown. If she had just communicated & been more knowledgeable of the menu & maybe take her air pods out when taking orders, this could have been prevented
