- PMPenny Martinez6 days ago1.0First when I walked up to the register the lady didn’t make eye contact or smile when I said hello but she did say hello back. I ordered the pink mango daydream refresher and they gave me the wrong one so I went and told them and she argued with me that I said pineapple which i definitely did not. She wasn’t very nice and tried to charge me for a new one but I told her no bc it’s a replacement she said ok basically and didn’t charge me. I saw other customers also complaining that their orders were wrong.
- SRSaResh RaglandAug 2, 20261.0The young lady that is working the evening shift today has a major attitude problem. My first initial conversation with her was nothing but attitude. I noticed she was working alone that might be a factor but the customers have nothing to do with that. No one is in the store so it’s not busy at all. My girlfriend order the wrong drinks. She order two ice coffees instead of one ice and one hot. I told her that the order was wrong and when I looked the receipt I saw it was my girlfriend’s fault. I asked her if she could make another coffee and she did but with attitude. I offered to pay for the coffee she said replied with attitude and i high tone “you already paid for it just give me the other one”. I gave her the ice coffee and we left. When we returned to the car my girlfriend noticed her sandwich had bacon on it. She showed the receipt and it said no meat. I told her to go back in and ask her to make another one. A few seconds later my girlfriend text and and said that she took the bacon off the sandwich without remaking it. I went into the store and I explained that my girlfriend is Muslim and that she can no longer eat that sandwich because it had bacon on it. The lady look at me and said “So I have to remake it?” I said “Yes she can’t eat that sandwich any longer” Again I understand people have bad days but don’t take that out on the customers and when a person says they can’t eat something because of their religion don’t have an attitude over accommodating them. I won’t be back to this location and I wouldn’t recommend others either.

There were other items too but all the items were charged separately in original price with no adjustment in deal. But still, didn't accept the mistake and later upon calculating when found out that she did charge more offered to give other item for the price. However, never apologized for the mistake.

When I opened the bag I took a bite only to look at the donut and see mold 🤢 i called the store to ask what should be done about this and a lady by the name of Trinity ( or thats the name she gave me) told me that I should just come in tomorrow and get a refund theres nothing that they can do about mold on a donut. When I asked her for a manager she said " He works from home, there's no manager in store ". How is it a food service has gross things on their donuts and there's nothing they can do plus there's no manager. It also does not allow me to add pictures to this review or I would show you all. Would not recommend eating here.
