- RHRaju's Happiness HubJun 19, 20261.0The customer rep was not aware about $6 deal and charged the 3 items separately. When tried to clarify by showing receipt, said what she did was correct. There were other items too but all the items were charged separately in original price with no adjustment in deal. But still, didn't accept the mistake and later upon calculating when found out that she did charge more offered to give other item for the price. However, never apologized for the mistake.

When I opened the bag I took a bite only to look at the donut and see mold 🤢 i called the store to ask what should be done about this and a lady by the name of Trinity ( or thats the name she gave me) told me that I should just come in tomorrow and get a refund theres nothing that they can do about mold on a donut. When I asked her for a manager she said " He works from home, there's no manager in store ". How is it a food service has gross things on their donuts and there's nothing they can do plus there's no manager. It also does not allow me to add pictures to this review or I would show you all. Would not recommend eating here.

Came early as first person in line on 6/1 and the morning opener there (he had a foreign accent) was an older man who kept saying he verified the delivery but wasn’t clear on whether they had the totes or would ever get them in. Waste of time and effort of waiting for nothing. When I asked him if he had the totes he refused to give any or say they did. Then found out they later had the totes so not sure why the employee wouldn’t sell them in the morning…..this employee also wasn’t particularly friendly. Bad experience overall.

I had a mobile order for pick up before starting my trip in the morning. within 10 minutes, i open my sandwich, and right there I see BIG RED HAIR. I contacted dunkin to let them know of the issue. I was informed the store manager will be notified. 8 days after the incident, i receive an email from "someone" hence, email is from yahoo domain, no title and no introduction, asking me to go have a free sandwich on the house. I decline to let them know i do not feel comfortable eating from this location, asking for refund just for the sandwich not the entire order or voucher to another location. I receive NOTHING, no response. Calling Dunkin again, i was informed , it is up to the store manager to sove it and there is nothing, they can do.
