  The young that’s there when the store opens and the other older ladies there are rude .i called dunkin asking if if i can change the brews on the $6 meal deal and she looked at me with an attitude and says “ oh you can’t do that” I proceeded to tell her that the lady on the phone told me I could. She walks away and goes “ ughhh I hate when people don’t listen “ every time I come in that store on gmu campus, she always has an attitude and the other workers there are the same way. Something need to change there

  Painfully slow in online orders, usually takes about an hour to actually fill them. They also get the order wrong every single time, frequently missing items entirely, or replacing them with other items not ordered.

  This place kinda sucks. Not only are they not making the drinks properly, but they also claimed they didn’t have a drink when I’ve literally ordered it before. Spent a bunch of money for sucky drinks and they were lowkey slow and it was supa loud like it’s not a club. (If I could put zero I would)

  This location clearly takes advantage of students. Tried to get the $6 meal deal that is advertised on their own menu, but apparently, this location doesn't do that promotion. Tried to order using the Dunkin' app, but again, it was not available at this location. Lastly, I tried using my gift card, to which I was informed once again that it was not accepted at this location.
