- JMJasmin MarieMay 17, 20261.0I placed an order for Thursday afternoon around 1:25 PM for curbside pickup. About thirty minutes passed and nobody ever came outside with my order. I assumed the store was busy, so I sent my husband inside to check on it. When he came back without the order, I knew there was an issue. We were then told the store was out of the beans needed to make the drink. Instead of making a big deal about it, I simply asked for a refund. The young lady helping us said she could not process the refund because no managers were there, and told me to come back the next day. At that point, I was already confused because if the order could not be fulfilled Thursday, I did not understand why I needed to return Friday just to get my money back. Since then, I have made multiple attempts to resolve this issue: * Friday morning: I was told there were no managers there yet and to come back Monday. * Friday afternoon: No one answered the phone. * Saturday: I was told the manager was busy. * Today: I was first told I could not speak to the manager because they were busy, and after calling again, I was finally told I have to come in person for the refund because it cannot be done over the phone. If that had been communicated clearly from the beginning, it would have saved me a lot of time and effort trying to get a refund for an order I never even received.
