  Me and 4 of my other friends went to D&B for a birthday party. Everything went normal until one of my friends lost his card. We asked an employee named “Dan” to help us get it back. He looked on the machine and “found” the card, but when we checked the balance, it has 0.0 credits and 0 tickets. This was clearly not his because even if someone took it, it would not be possible to take both balances to exactly 0. The card had 100 dollars worth of credits, and it was all lost because of him. We even had evidence like receipts and had the exact card number.

  I always remember this chain as more of an adult kind of place, maybe that's just how they were where I'm from? We went on a Thursday night and it was completely packed with busloads of children, I mean over 100 easy. We were told that's pretty regular for this location but around 10:00 p.m. when most of them left it was a lot more enjoyable. The games were lots of fun. The bartender was informative as well but when we went to check out my wife noticed this on our bill which was kind of odd. We always tip 20% or more but the "suggested tip options" MATH DOESN'T MAKE ANY SENSE. If this is INTENTIONAL then it's pretty SLEAZY and SHADY PRACTICE! If it's NOT it should definitely be FIXED. $13.44 is 20% of $67.23. $20 is obviously 20% of $100 We've NEVER seen anything this MISLEADING on a check....mistake or otherwise

  We had a great experience at Dave & Buster’s in Fairfax, and a big part of that was thanks to Shane. He was friendly, attentive, and great at his job. He genuinely seemed to care about making sure . It’s not always easy to find service that feels both professional and personal, but Shane really nailed that balance. He brought a positive energy that added to the overall experience, and it didn’t go unnoticed by our group. It’s also very clean here and someone is always checking on the games.

  Review: 1 Star - Absolute Rip-off and Terrible Service I am beyond disappointed with my recent visit to this Dave & Buster’s. It was a total waste of money and a headache from start to finish. 1. The "Margarita" was a joke: I ordered a margarita, but what I got was a glass of sugar. It was loaded with so much syrup it was undrinkable, and honestly, I don't think there was a single drop of tequila in it. If I wanted a mocktail, I would have ordered one. Don't charge me for alcohol you aren't going to pour. 2. Hidden Prices: The menu is a disaster—there are no prices listed for any alcoholic drinks. When I asked the waitress how much the drinks were, she had no clue. How are customers supposed to order responsibly when the staff doesn't even know the costs? It feels like a scam to get you to order blindly so they can overcharge you at the end. 3. Trashy Service: The staff's behavior was the final straw. They were incredibly rude, unprofessional, and acted like they couldn't be bothered to do their jobs. No hospitality, no manners, just a "don't care" attitude that ruined the entire vibe. Verdict: Save your cash and go literally anywhere else. Between the watered-down drinks, the lack of transparency with pricing, and the horrible staff, this place is a mess. Never coming back.

  If I was a billionaire I'd eat here forever, but I never ate here, still, wish I did because when I saw the menu I was like the burgers are to die for, and well I only went here like once in a few years back in 2022 I think, but can't remember, and yep I still remember playing alot of the games like i think terminator or aliens I don't know, and some basketball and ping pong so yep and also believe their was a zombies game too. Good times too with a family member of mine. If my family member ever invites me again first thing I'm going to do is eat a burger, fries, chicken, and have me some wine i hope this place has wine and yes by chicken I mean chicken tenders or nuggets whichever goes both ways I guess. Still can't wait to visit this place and yep all the employees were amazing and awesome people who have wonderful vibes too. To be honest, I wish I had met some gamers like me in this place or that special someone too like i need to meet more new interesting people and make new friends with strangers in this place, but yep oh well I hope next time I do get approached by interesting people so yep. Nonetheless keep up the fantastic and unique gaming vibe everyone never stop being yourselfs.
