  Made reservations for their $24.99 all you can eat wing deal during USA World Cup games, and this will be the last time. In the 2 hours we have been here, we have been served one round of drinks, and one round of wings. They only have 2 bartenders, so clearly they did not properly staff for the promotion they were promoting EVERYWHERE. The staff was doing their best, but the management clearly set their employees up for failure. Save your time and money, go elsewhere.

  Wow! Great experience yesterday for my whole family of all ages. It is clean, super clean, and well maintained. They have a huge variety of games for just about every age and the food was really good. I loved the fries! One note, keep all of your receipts. We lost an all-day pass and Mike the manager was able to get us sorted out quickly because we could account for all of our other play passes (thanks Mike!).

  Service was horrible, woman with blonde hair should have some help at the bar... bringing friends here for a second time, and first time she forgot to give my friend her card back,we had to call manager and ask to find her card......This time it was worse, she doesn't have any manners and I asked her to make me drink less sweet.she said "no I can't make it for you " with such rude voice.I love this place but she definitely need some help at the bar.I am not trying todo a trouble,it's my favourite place but ....

  We ordered a hamburger with only cheese, and received a hamburger with everything.. they did take it back and bring back the correct order.. My husband had a steak with mashed potatoes, and his potatoes with cold, they offered to bring him new ones and he said no.. I ordered Alfredo chicken pasta.. received a spicy chicken pasta noodles.. they have No sweet tea, No bread sticks this day. The manager did come see us as we were not happy, and compensated some of our bill.. This was my son’s and husband’s first time tow a Dave’s and Buster’s but it was a true disappointment !!

  Update: I heard back from the assistant manager and customer relation representative. They were very help in solving the issue. We are heading back there this week. My son had a good time last time. …….. I took my son there for his birthday there last month. The waiter was very nice. We initially paid $83 for a game card at the machine but no receipt was given at the machine. We went to sit down to eat and the waiter explained the meal and game card combo to us. We asked if we could get refund for the card we just bought at the machine and get the combo instead. He said yes and the refund will be processed against the receipt of the meal. We were told that the refund will be processed in a few days. I waited for two weeks and didn’t get the refund. I went back to the restaurant to ask about it. I was given a business card of the assistant manager by a staff. He said I should email the assistant manager who process all refund. I emailed the assistant manager explaining the situation and attached copy of the meal receipt and my credit card charges statement. It’s been another two weeks and I still have not heard anything. It’s unfortunate.
