  Hoy tuvimos una experiencia muy bonita en Dave & Buster’s. Desde el momento en que llegamos, todo fue excelente: el ambiente, la atención, la comida y, sobre todo, la amabilidad de las personas que nos atendieron. Fue uno de esos momentos sencillos que se disfrutan mucho y que quedan como un bonito recuerdo. Sin duda, una experiencia que me gustaría repetir. 😍🍷🍴

  Hot and cold here tonight, on a Thursday. I'm guessing I came in on shift change and my first server had checked out, so my experience was very poor, sorry Lucinda but you were bad: took ages to serve, didn't provide napkins etc, didn't check if I wanted condiments, didn't come back to give me a refill, didn't seem to care. Sam arrived and was great, did all the above, so I'm a little hot and cold on the review.

  The wings were gross and I was unable to eat them, and then I was hassled about extra cost for extra ranch which wasn't even provided. The service is bad too. Nobody available to seat us, and after eventually getting seated we were rarely checked on by the waitress. Just a bad experience and I will never come back. Almost $20 for wings that are worst than late-night 7/11 wings.

  Brought the family for a small birthday celebration. The kiosks make you feel rushed and I completely botched my game cards with the awesome $5 food add-on. The manager on duty promised to comp the difference, but we stayed during the split. So the manager that was on duty when I paid, wasn’t the one who promised to make it right. I let my server know. And I was shocked. They comped me 4x what I was expecting. I gave the server the excess as a tip. She was great. That was our first time there and we will be back!

  Great ambiance. Lots of games to choose from. The food was delicious and tasty, but when we ordered, we asked for ranch dressing, but it did not come with our food. I then asked for it again when the server brought us our food, but it still never came. We sat for 10 minutes at a booth and when I got up to go ask the workers if someone was signed to our table one of them stated we're trying to figure that out now. Then it took 10 minutes after that for someone to actually come and take our order. Our server never came to check on us until we have completed our entire meal so our drinks were not refilled or anything.
