  My last visit to Dave & Buster’s was an okay experience, but it definitely had its ups and downs. Sara recommended some great food, and I was looking forward to enjoying my meal. Unfortunately, there was a manger by the name Jennifer whose strong smell of smoke made it difficult for me to enjoy my food, even though the recommendations were great. Thankfully, Sheila came along later and completely changed the vibe of my visit! Her energy, recommendations, and customer service made a real difference. She recommended the amazing Love Cake, which was definitely a highlight of my experience. I want to give Sara credit for the great food recommendations and a special thank-you to Sheila for turning my visit around. Customer service really does make a difference, and Sheila showed that a positive attitude and genuine care can change someone’s entire experience. I hope management recognizes her for the great job she does!

  The whole crew here is absolutely wonderful very nice and very pleasant, Especially Robin she is a sweetheart and very good worker, but as well she is very kind n nice always a good experience when she is here! JENNIfer one of the managers here she is the best awsome manager n very honest n fair, everyone here is incredible!

  Jennifer was excellent! Met us at the door and got us to our banquet room and within minutes the food appeared! We come every year and this has been the best experience of them all! Great hospitality!

  Loved going to this Dave & Busters location but it’s honestly gone a bit downhill. Some of the machines don’t work/ have enough resources to play the game. For example the game where you throw the ball at the clowns and try to knock them down, one machine had lots of balls but the top row of clowns never stood up, the other machine had a couple balls but not enough. Another game gave me an error after I had already paid to play. I really hope the games in this location get fixed because It use to be very enjoyable. Now let’s get to the food service, OMG is the only thing I can think of. No utensils provided for what was order, had to get my own. Waiter could care less if she got a tip or not that night, waited until we were done with our meals to provide us our first refills. Trust me when I say the service was horrible and my tip definitely reflected that.

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (5/5 Stars) Title: Outstanding leadership! The Tuesday night manager is a absolute legend. I had to drop a review specifically to give a huge shoutout to the manager working Tuesday night at the Fair Oaks Mall location. Usually when you go to a busy sports bar/arcade, managers just walk around holding clipboards, pointing fingers, and ordering their staff around. Not this guy. He saw that things were getting backed up, immediately stepped in without hesitation, and personally took our order to make sure we were taken care of. Later on in the night, I looked over and saw him actively wiping down tables and cleaning up the floor himself alongside his crew. That kind of lead-by-example work ethic is so rare to see these days. He kept the whole floor running smoothly and treated both his customers and his team with genuine respect. Dave & Buster’s corporate—give this guy a raise! True All-Star leadership. Will definitely be coming back. Manger : Mike
