  Sadly this chipotle has gone downhill. not sure if cooking staff changed but it is sooo salty. I can see chunks of salt on each topping and the guac! Thought it was a one off so Ive tried ordering at diff times or days but for the past few months it hasn't changed.

  I wasn’t paying attention when they were serving my food, but I had asked for rice, beans, and double chicken. What I received was… awful. Almost no chicken, the (crispy) tacos were moist, and the chips were stale. And it cost $19! Absolute scam. There’s a reason I so seldom come to Chipotle.

  If I could give it zero stars I would. As someone who came here often as it is close to my job, they give you less and less rice and meat each time while the price silently goes up…Avoid this chipotle if you can

  I received a birthday reward email from Chipotle that said I could select a free gift of a bag of chips, a drink or some guac. A button activates the reward and takes you to the app where you can click "redeem reward" or "use in restaurant." Nothing about minimum purchase on any of the steps. After waiting in line I was told I had to purchase an entree. I showed the screen to a manager and he couldn't find anything either, but his cash register said there was a required purchase. After contacting Chipotle customer service, after a few minutes of looking, the rep found a link in the app that says a minimum $5 purchase is required. Nowhere in the sequence of receiving the email, clicking the reward, and using it in the restaurant was there anything about a required purchase. McDonald's on the other hand will say " free fries with minimum purchase of $1" in the headline of an offer. There's a reason that I don't go to Chipotle. This is a very deceptive ad. If this birthday gift was designed to maintain my loyalty, it did the exact opposite.

  Disappointed with the customer service at this location. Even though there were still 20 minutes left before closing, the server was extremely angry and annoyed with us for ordering. Very unpleasant experience.
