- RRRAJEEV5 days ago1.0Very disappointing experience at this Chipotle. The employees were extremely rude, and the portion I was given was so small that it wasn’t even close to filling half of the bowl. I politely asked if they could please check the portion, but instead of addressing my concern, I was repeatedly told to move forward even though there was no one behind me in line. I was very hungry and had already paid for my food, yet I felt rushed and treated as if I was asking for something for free. I ended up having to pay for another bowl because the first portion was simply not enough. Customers deserve reasonable portions and respectful service. Please consider properly training your staff on both customer service and portion consistency before putting them in front of customers.
