What stands out most is how personal he makes every interaction feel. Zach remembers frequent customers by name, takes special care with their orders, and makes people feel valued and welcomed the moment they walk through the door. You would think he was running for office with the way he greets everyone — always smiling, positive, energetic, and making each customer feel important. In a world where people are often quick to complain but slow to recognize excellence, I felt it was important to share how much his effort and attitude are appreciated. Employees like Zach are a major reason customers continue coming back. His work ethic and customer service set a high standard, and I hope this feedback is shared with him because he absolutely deserves the recognition.
