  Hoy pasé por la tienda de Cava ubicada en Mosaic Distric y las señoritas Kat y Eva me ayudaron a escoger el bowl perfecto de acuerdo a mis expectativas y preferencias. De comienzo a fin tuvieron paciencia en explicarme cada ítem que llevaba mi bowl y sobre todo con ese gran customer service que me dieron. Si abriera una tienda, tengan por seguro que me las llevaría de inmediato! Y por otro lado la comida estuvo súper deliciosa, me encanta el half and half de pollo y carne con los dressings y fue lo mejor.

  I walked in to pick up my order today. As soon as I greeted the two ladies at the front, they just stared at me. I greeted them again and they dryly greeted me back. I understand being in the service industry is exhausting,however, when a guest walks into your establishment, you should always greet them. It turned me off really badly and left a bad taste in my mouth and I probably won't be coming back to this location again.

  I was waiting to get my order taken. And the lady was very rude to me. She started doing multiple mobile orders without taking my order.While I was standing in line, so I got out of line and left, they missed out on my money.Because I don't respect those who don't respect me!

  I’ve been coming to this Cava for years and I was compelled to write this review on the excellent service I’ve received from Antwan and his team. Everyone is extremely kind, patient, and in a great mood. This particular evening two young ladies made my daughter laugh and danced to some music. It’s a really healthy option when you need something quick with great quality and lots of veggies. Everyone is knowledgeable about the menu and work efficiently to keep the lines moving quickly. Bathrooms and dining area are also very clean. It’s a staple for a good quick quality option in the Mosaic—but most importantly I’m thankful for the customer service!
