I had ordered 20/20 wings and boneless through the app and stated that it would be ready in about 25 minutes and when I got there it was not ready. Waited another 25 minutes. Either app needs fixing or the service needs improvement.

Went to Buffalo Wild Wings and honestly the experience started off terrible. Me and several other guests stood at the front desk for almost 10 minutes while at least 4 employees walked right past us without speaking, greeting us, or offering help. After finally getting someone’s attention, we were casually told it was self-seating while people were literally running to grab tables. Basic customer service and communication go a long way. A simple “Hi, it’s self seating” would’ve avoided all the confusion and frustration. Destinee was pleasant as a server but the whole experience was very survival of the fittest

Here’s a polished but firm complaint you can post publicly or submit to corporate: I recently had an extremely frustrating experience at a Buffalo Wild Wings location that completely ruined what should have been a simple pickup order with my two young kids. I placed an online order for 20 boneless wings during the BOGO Thursday promotion with a scheduled pickup time of 7:30 PM. When I arrived, I was told the order was not ready and would take “another 10 minutes.” Fine — delays happen. But after waiting and checking back multiple times, the food was STILL not ready. Time kept passing while my two kids repeatedly asked me when we were finally going to get our food. I didn’t receive my order until around 8:05 PM — over an hour after placing a very small order. What made the situation worse was the interaction with the manager, Mark (a bald gentleman who I later noticed is mentioned in several other negative reviews). When I politely expressed frustration over the excessive delay, especially given the relatively light dine-in crowd of only about 15–20 customers, he immediately became defensive and dismissive. He claimed online orders were overwhelming because of BOGO Thursday, but that explanation didn’t match what was happening in the restaurant. In the entire time I waited, only a handful of orders came out before mine. Instead of trying to de-escalate the situation or show empathy, Mark spoke to me with attitude and irritation while I was standing there with my children. It was incredibly unprofessional and honestly embarrassing. Another manager eventually stepped in, handled the conversation much more calmly, and offered a 50% refund — which I never actually received. To be clear, this was never really about the money. The refund was only around $7. My frustration came from: * Waiting over 35 minutes past the pickup time for a simple order * Receiving poor communication throughout the delay * Being treated disrespectfully by a manager simply for voicing a reasonable concern The food itself was good, but the overall experience left a bitter taste. After reading other reviews mentioning similar interactions with Mark, it’s clear this may not be an isolated issue. Buffalo Wild Wings corporate really needs to address the customer service problems at this location before more customers have similar experiences.

I decided to give Buffalo Wild Wings another chance after not visiting for years, and unfortunately, the experience confirmed why I had stayed away. I was given incorrect information about a WrestleMania broadcast, which was the main reason for my visit. When I tried to address it in-store, the situation escalated into unprofessional and unacceptable behavior from both the manager (Ash) and an associate (Ana). I was spoken to in a raised and inappropriate tone by management in front of my 11-year-old daughter, which was completely unacceptable. She was visibly shaken and became emotional after we left. To be clear, no resolution was offered in the moment. Manager Ash stated he could not issue a refund, and there was no attempt to properly de-escalate or handle the situation with professionalism. It wasn’t until the next day that the General Manager reached out and offered a refund. What made this even more disappointing was the follow-up itself. While a refund was eventually offered, the conversation felt more focused on explaining why the situation “wasn’t their fault” rather than acknowledging how it was handled or the impact it had. There were also basic operational concerns—no one present at the front despite signage to wait to be seated, and an overall lack of professionalism in guest interaction. This was never about the refund. It was about the experience, the way it was handled, and the lack of accountability in the moment. I do have video of the interaction, and it speaks for itself. I won’t be returning to this location.
