I find their ice cream to be fairly fresh, although the employees tend to get overwhelmed with big crowds, especially around the night time which is the peak time for crowds at this location, and it has historically been difficult for me to get samples of ice cream flavor. Seating is fairly limited, and it can be tough to find during the nighttime, but the location is fairly clean. I’ve had some friendly staff members here and some who weren’t as attentive to their customers. Overall, fairly decent Ben & Jerry’s.
