  I’m not sure if management reads these reviews, but as a paying customer my thought is…This location desperately needs Baskin-Robbin’s corporate leadership team to invest into training the staff. My wife and I stopped by this location on a night when there were no other customers in the store. There were 3 employees behind the counter cleaning and standing near the ice cream section. We walked up and were quickly told we need to use the kiosk to make an order. This was weird since there were no other customers in the store. We couldn’t find the order my wife wanted and walked back to the counter and the young guy tried to give complex instructions on how to order. I asked if he could just take our order since he was already talking to us. He took the order but seemed like he also had a difficult time selecting the Cappuccino Blast. We stopped back a week later and the staff seemed just as confused with processing orders. We ordered on the kiosk and the ice cream was put in the Mobile Order pick-up section instead of the To-Go section. They also didn’t call the name on the order. My wife mentioned to them that if you are going to put the ice cream in the pick-up area you should call the name on the ticket so someone doesn’t mistakenly grab the wrong order. We got the deer in the headlights look from the staff. If any managers are reading this please train your staff. It’s heart breaking watching them try to process the simplest of orders and have no clue on how to provide support to customers. It seems like they are given an apron and a hat and left on their own.

  I’m very disappointed with this Baskin Robbins location. I returned this weekend hoping my previous experience was just an isolated incident, but unfortunately it was not. During my last visit, I was required to use the new kiosk to place my order. When I didn’t recognize that the Cappuccino Blast had been renamed, the employee became visibly annoyed and told me I “should know.” When I explained that I don’t work there and wasn’t aware of the name change, the employee became even ruder. This weekend, I went straight to the kiosk, placed my order, and sat down to wait. After not hearing my name called, I checked the counter and found my ice cream sitting there melting because no one had called my order. The employee simply said they thought it was a mobile order. The location appears to be staffed mostly by young employees with little supervision, and the customer service has been consistently poor. I will not be returning.

  Very clean and organized BR/Dunkin! I absolutely love that you can order on the kiosk and take your time picking what you want and customize it! Our ice cream & milkshake were delicious!

  I had a very frustrating experience at this Dunkin/Baskin-robbins location (store#353496 I stopped by on a rainy day and waited at the ice cream for 3 minutes,but was completely ignored. I then went to the donut counter,ordered 2 apple fritters and 3 scoot of ice cream. The communication was a total disaster. The staff Claudia) told me to “pay over there but apple fritters pay here)and after I followed her instructions, I was told again to pay ice cream over donut counter . I ended up having to wait in another long line for 10 mins just to complete my purchase. The entire process was ridiculously inefficient and disorganized. I was bounced back and forth between registers for no reason, wasting nearly 30 minutes of my time. ( I’m running out of my patience,I gave $8.00 keep change then walk out of door)The staff seemed clueless about the checkout process. I will not be returning to this location.
