It indicated it was on its way but running late. 10 minutes later I did it again and checked the app which said the same thing. After 1.5 hours I called to check in and asked to speak to a manager. Manager Informed me they delivered to the wrong house and refunded me. No one informed me, he said they called - I have two young kids who were very dramatic about the lack of pizza so believe me I was staring at my phone. I’m very frustrated and needed share. After I asked how they’d make it right they said they’d deliver a pizza 30 minutes later… I respectfully declined.

- KBKei BaxApr 7, 20261.0Ordered last night and after placing my order and receiving a confirmation email i got notified that my order was being handled by door dash. I should have cancelled there. Door dash does not use a heated bag to keep the pizza hot. Food was room temp on arrival. I didn’t pay for door dash I paid for papa John’s to deliver fresh hot food and they dropped the ball. Pizza itself was terrible. Toppings were over cooked from being prepped too small and dehydrated in the oven. There was perhaps 1 piece of pineapple on each slice of my Hawaiian pizza and all the ham was hard as a rock and un chewable. This isn’t even good pizza, it’s trash, and they know it because they won’t even let their own people deliver it.
