The quarter pounder and fries were hardly warm, not hot, and the restaurant was freezing cold. We ate in the children's play area bc it was a bit warmer. Some customers left bc of the cold they instantly felt walking in.

They took her order and she went. I said hello to no answer. Another car pulled up in the first lane, gave their order while I was still waiting to get mine taken. The girl never took mine. Pathetic drive thru to say the least.
