The chicken tenders and chicken sandwiches were dry. The food was old. I’d rather them say , “hey we are about to close” rather than give me bag of cold OLD food and have me pay 30 bucks for it like it’s hot and fresh. First time ever trying bojangles and because of this experience I’ll never ever go back

About 45 minutes after I placed the order I went to pick it up and had to wait another 20 minutes to receive my food. The cashier was trying to rush me out of the door because he could tell I was rather frustrated. I have to go through my order several times before I received everything that was ordered. The biscuits were hard as rocks when I got home (.5 mile away). The chicken was beyond greasy & bitter tasting. The mashed potatoes were really wet as if too much water was added. The workers were walking around laughing and joking with one another and not working when I walked through the door. One male employee pushed another in a playful manner while cursing with customers in the building. Just all around a no go for me. Maybe better management?
