  Decided to stop in to grab a couple of personal pan pizzas. They were excellent. Have always enjoyed Pizza Hut. Service was great, and Kelsey was particularly helpful on our order.

  We went in on Friday 07/10/2026 after the parade. We sat at a booth. They waited on the quest in front of us and beside us but never came to take our order. We had to go to the counter to place our order. Asked for plates and they gave us 3 for 8 people, which meant I had to ask for more plates. When the pizza did come the top edges looked burnt. I also got honey barbeque wings that came out plain, had to take them back to get it corrected and also ask for ranch dressing for the wings. I left a tip because I paid when we ordered. I will never leave another tip until the end of the experience. Needless to say, that I will not be going back to that Pizza Hut. I have worked in retail and in restaurants, so it takes a lot for me to complain, but to be ignored and treated like we were nobody's very disappointing. I understand when the restaurant is busy service is going to take longer, but to see the staff standing at the counter and not even coming to take our order was really disrespectful. I can honestly say that will be my last time eating at that Pizza Hut.

  Order was not ready on time. They were out of bread sticks and gave me the pizza, then asked if I wanted to sub it for something else. He gave me wings as an option. I said ok. I received half cooked boneless wings with no sauce.

  Today, I ordered online. I wanted a cheese pizza. When it was delivered, it had jalapeños, so I called to get it swapped out. Apparently I mistakenly hit the button on the website. The woman I spoke with on the phone was so kind and sent me a cheese pizza even though I got what I ordered. The delivery driver was amazing as well. Thanks for the excellent customer service! You made this pregnant woman's night!

  Pizza was burned and was not good at all. I have ate at good pizza huts but this definitely isn’t one of them. Cheese sticks were also burned and gross.
