  Excellent grocery store with extras for camp style weekends. The store was a little busy but was able to find what we needed. Deli accidentally left the wrapping on the sliced pepperoni, but other than that the customer service was exceptional. We were able to firewood and everything else needed to have a great weekend

  Not enough room to walk around without bumping into others or waiting for them to move. The store is too small for the amount of products and extra floor displays they have.

  I was there to purchase two seeded watermelons. I had asked the person who worked there if they had any left. He seemed annoyed and started to lie about maybe having some in the back of the store. He walked away and walked back a second later to say no. I was walking away because we were near the front of the store and he had only walked away for a quick second to say no.

  Caution: Sales Associates in this store treat customers like thieves. The Primo water bottle collection site in front of the store has been broken for at least 5 years. When you return empty bottles, the machine does NOT provide a return ticket. On several occasions, my husband has been asked by the lead Sales Associate for his exchange ticket. We have briefly interacted with this lovely woman for years; however, the fact is she knows the Primo machine does not provide exchange tickets when she's asking you for the ticket. On another occasion, a younger Sales Associate did the same thing and then told my husband they are trying to make sure people are being honest. We cannot drink our well water and purchase Primo exchange bottles at Food Lion routinely. To avoid this accusatory encounter, I have now resorted to self-checkout. To do so, simply search for the product by typing "Primo" and select the 5 gallon exchange. The lead Sales Associate will still give judgmental looks, but she can't do anything about self-checkout personal accountability. The honor system does not work if you're going to routinely accuse your customer base of theft. Fix the Primo exchange machine and then you will fix the problem.
