  I placed a carry out order it was supposed to be a large stuffed crust supreme pizza. I ended up with a large pizza not stuffed crust with just pepperoni n black olives. I called the phone number I get transferred to a call center I ask to speak to a manager they transferred me to the store I been listín g to the same voice note for the past 20 mins. Still no answer terrible

  Got my food in the afternoon around 12 The pizza and wings were amazing in my opinion! I loved it overall and it was nice and hot. Wait was long but it was worth the wait I’d say. The girl with glasses was cute.

  I ORDERED 8 ORDERS OF MOZZARELLA CHEESE STICKS WHICH COMES 8 TO AN ORDER WHICH MEANS A TOTAL OF 64 CHEESE STICKS BUT THEY SEND ME ONLY 43 CHEESE STICKS. PLUS THEY DID NOT SEND ME ANY MARINARA SAUCE AND IT IS AS IF THEY JUST THREW THE CHEESE STICKS IN THE BOXES WITHOUT COUNTING. THEN WHEN I CALL TO GET MY MONEY BACK FOR THE 3 ORDERS THAT ARE MISSING AND FOR NO SAUCE THEY JUST PUT ME ON HOLD EACH TIME I CALLED AND EVENTUALLY HUNG UP ON ME AND I WAS NOT EVEN BEING RUDE... I JUST WANTED MY MONEY BACK FOR THE ORDERS I DID NOT GET AND FOR THE SAUCES THEY DID NOT INCLUDE. YES I AM UPSET BECAUSE THEY DID ME DIRTY AND SINCE I CAN NOT GET MY MONEY BACK BECAUSE THEY JUST HANG UP ON ME, I DECIDED I WOULD POST A REVIEW ON ALL THE REVIEW PLATFORMS TO HELP GET THEIR STARS LOWER BECAUSE THAT IS SOMETHING THAT WILL STICK WITH THEM FOREVER SO WAY TO GO PIZZA HUT DUMFRIES, LEARN HOW TO COUNT AND FULLFIL ORDERS PROPERLY BECAUSE I DONT CARE HOW BUSY YOU ARE, SLOW IT DOWN AND DO THINGS CORRECTLY. THIS IS NOT THE END OF MY COMPLAINT... I WILL CONTINUE THE COMPLAIN IN PERSON TOMORROW WITH THE MANAGEMENT DURING THE DAYTIME

  At least the AC worked. That is about the only positive I can say. There were a lot of tables (all of them) available (which should have been a clue when we showed up during the dinner hour). And after we asked the staff to wipe them down (to which the employee looked over his shoulder and asked the other employees three times "What do we use to wipe the tables?"), they were actually cleanish. The food... No veggie option (apparently they ran out). Food took quite a long time to come out. And when it did, it was all stacked in carryout boxes for us to dine in. The we had to ask for plates for us to be able to share the pizza, because I guess it was unexpected that we would not all want to just grab a slice from the box and scarf it down. It was slightly below average of what I have previously enjoyed at a Pizza Hut. And the drinks... They did not have an option for water for my family to drink, so we had to get something else. Lemonade? Sorry, all out. Tea? Also out. Fruit Punch? Yes...until they ran out after the first couple of glasses. At least we can relax and enjoy the beverages...direct from the cups, because, of course, they also ran out of straws. Bathrooms were quite dirty. Seemed like they hadn't been attended to all day....or week... No one else came to eat in while we were there. Several take-out orders were processed. Apparently, the reputation of this place was known by all the residents in the area and they know better than to eat in. I expected a much higher standard from a national chain like Pizza Hut, but apparently I was way off.
