  Pizza Hut in Dumfries is always on point and never a disappointment. The food is consistently fresh, flavorful, and delicious. I was disappointed to learn they were sold out of the traditional wings yesterday, but I decided to try the boneless lemon pepper wings instead, and they were absolutely delicious. I’m really glad we have this restaurant in the Dumfries community. The young man who assisted me yesterday provided excellent customer service. He let me know my pizza was coming out of the oven hot and fresh, and it was cooked to perfection. Great food and great service every time!

  Good didn’t arrived as stated on Pizza Hut app. When I called to inquire about my delivery the server was rude and unhelpful

  First I called in and placed an order for a small pepperoni pizza. When I get there the dude tells me that they don't have small pizzas anymore they only have the personal pan, the medium, and the large. so then I let the other customer get his order and the customer politely asked him to remake their food and the cashier person picked a fight got mad and said no and instead offered a refund while business is extremely slow. I then went up and asked about the menu because it says that they have small pizzas. The cashier dude tells me, he meant to say they ran out of the dough for the small pizzas. I also walked out with a refund , why didn't he just tell me that on the phone? Idk but I won't be making a stop here again until there's better employment
