When ordering my sandwich, I always receive lettuce on my hot sandwich when I specifically asked for NO LETTUCE on their app?, it’s apparent that the cook isn’t reading the orders correctly. In their defense, they will kindly correct the order, but that means waiting even longer for your food. After calling them on several occasions about this issue, it’s time to put it in writing. If your doing this to my order, your doing it to others. Just reading the order correctly would solve this problem.
