- WWWendySep 15, 20261.0I've been in this location twice now, the first was about a month ago on a Sunday, the second just a few days ago. The first time , I was picking up an order and stood at the counter for 7 minutes (yes I time it) one young man directly in front of me working and many others scarring about back and fourth. In seven minutes , not a single one of them acknowledged me. Didn't ask what I was there for or even say someone with you in a moment , nothing. I asked , who was the manager and one of the young ladies that was scurrying about , said she was one of them and I told them all what they had just done. That I had stood there for several minutes with no acknowledgment at all. Still no response. She just looked at me and said Nothing. I canceled the order and left. It\nWas frustrating , but honestly didn't think much about it after until I had to pick up an order at the same location two days ago. This time , my order was already on the counter and labeled. There were again four or five people huddled in the center , laughing , talking , carrying on, of them, the manager that I had pointed out the previous time. They had their backs to me and the counter and never even turned around as I picked up the order and left, it was like I wasn't even there. Im not even sure they saw me come and go as they were so wrapped up in whatever the conversation was. And I didn't just grab it and go I stand there for a minute making sure I have everything and confirming the order. Horrible customer service.I won't be back in again now that I know this is not just a bad day.It's a common occurrence

The sticker on the sandwich box matched what I had ordered. When I finally did have time to eat the sandwich, I took the 1st bite and I knew right away that it was not what I had ordered. Not even close. OK, it was made with sourdough bread but that is where the similarity ends. The coffee was very good. Staff was very friendly. That earned the three stars. Regardless of how much supporting written documentation this Dunkin’ Donuts gives you ensuring you that your order is correct open the packaging. and check it before you leave. Goddess only knows how long that sandwich was sitting around waiting for a new owner before I walked in.
