- JJJennifer Jennings3 days ago1.08pm on Tuesday September 29th. Not busy at all. This has to be the absolute worst customer service I have EVER experienced. I don’t even know where to start. EVERYONE had a full blown attitude. Mind you I’m happy go lucky and smiling ear to ear. They were mumbling so I could barely hear anything they said. They barely put anything on my salad bowl. And I don’t mean the normal bs portions you typically get at chipotle, I mean there’s no way in heck they were doing their standard scoops/serving sizes. They threw EVERYTHING into the bag making a mess of the entire order. They charged me for their mess ups. It was honestly horrible. Do yourself a favor and find another restaurant to support bc this location was absolutely horrible. I hope management does something. I don’t even know if I could give another chipotle a try after my visit to this location. 100 thumbs down!! 👎
- MBMariam BarekzoySep 14, 20261.0Terrible customer service. The staff is nasty and rude. They don't keep the food clean and are stingy with all ingredients.. terrible. Go to the route 7 location instead
- DDDripoliosisSep 14, 20261.0You will get skimmed on food here, the bowl is literally half a pound lighter than other chipotles , pathetic
- MKMike KennedySep 8, 20261.0I’m not one to complain very much but I will say this is one of the more badly run operations in Loudoun County. The workers seem to resent the fact that they are working. The place is somewhat disheveled every time I’m in there. My biggest complaint however is the portion control. It’s like they get a bonus for making sure the meat scooper is less full for each serving. I always get double chicken and I’m willing to pay the price. But when you pay close to 30 dollars for two bowls and they give you basically a single portion when paying for double, even shaking the scooper to ensure they don’t give you any extra meat is ridiculous. I can’t spend another dollar there.
- 88808WHATTHEFUCKAug 27, 20261.0Update* like I said I've been going there for the last year for lunch. Food is excellent But the servers are not very happy people and if they don't understand basic english and has to have someone else on the line explain ..they should not be taking orders .this is an all Spanish establishment. If you do not speak Spanish they will give you a kid's plate every time I've experienced this for over a year now
