    I’m a huge Jimmy Johns fan and would candidly tell you not to waste your time at this one. I looked up their Google rating before stopping and assumed it was an aberration, but then realized they don’t care. I stood in line for five minutes in front of the cash register and the two ladies making sandwiches never said I’ll be right with you nor did they make eye contact.

    Food way over priced...$15 for sandwich pickle and med coke. Out of potato salad and pasta salad. Out of coke in drink kiosk Indifferent service. No pride in product or service. Not recommended

    Excited to find a Jimmy John's along my commute. But watch them; they asked if i wanted cheese, and me assuming it was included like at their competitors—since they didn't say "add" or "upcharge"—i asked for just half the regular amount (which would've then meant half of none). Next thing i knew the bill had jumped up two dollars, charging me the full upcharge twice. There's a term starting with the word "highway," coming to mind. Anyway, on the flip side, there's a county nearby that would slap a restaurant tax just as high on the purchase, and those locations can't remove that upcharge when a customer catches the ticket price-hike. Anyway, the food was great, good to grab and go since the seating is kinda limited and not much of a view.

    The sandwich was good the service sucks. Ordered online for pickup. Went to pick it up and they take like 5 orders at the counter and still haven't even started my order. When I finally got my order they did not provide cups or the macaroni salad. How hard is it to check the order before giving it to someone?

    What happened to "Subs so fast, you'll freak!"? First, to get the promo deal I was told by the worker at the counter that I had to order online. That's fine, I understand that process - no problem. So, I went and sat down, was on my phone ordering, saw it go through and submitted at 2:04. The worker knew I was placing an order. Some one else came in, ordered, got theirs before me... I was like huh? So I asked. The worker didn't see my mobile order come through... you just told me I had to order that way, and you see me waiting and watching 🤦‍♀️🤷‍♀️ Anyway, aside from that. I ordered 2 subs, 2 other subs were made in front of mine, and it still took over 20 minutes for 2 workers to make 4 subs. 🤯 I finally walked out close to 2:30. It's that new age freaky fast, I guess.
