I looked up their Google rating before stopping and assumed it was an aberration, but then realized they don’t care. I stood in line for five minutes in front of the cash register and the two ladies making sandwiches never said I’ll be right with you nor did they make eye contact.

But watch them; they asked if i wanted cheese, and me assuming it was included like at their competitors—since they didn't say "add" or "upcharge"—i asked for just half the regular amount (which would've then meant half of none). Next thing i knew the bill had jumped up two dollars, charging me the full upcharge twice. There's a term starting with the word "highway," coming to mind. Anyway, on the flip side, there's a county nearby that would slap a restaurant tax just as high on the purchase, and those locations can't remove that upcharge when a customer catches the ticket price-hike. Anyway, the food was great, good to grab and go since the seating is kinda limited and not much of a view.
