  What happened to "Subs so fast, you'll freak!"? First, to get the promo deal I was told by the worker at the counter that I had to order online. That's fine, I understand that process - no problem. So, I went and sat down, was on my phone ordering, saw it go through and submitted at 2:04. The worker knew I was placing an order. Some one else came in, ordered, got theirs before me... I was like huh? So I asked. The worker didn't see my mobile order come through... you just told me I had to order that way, and you see me waiting and watching 🤦‍♀️🤷‍♀️ Anyway, aside from that. I ordered 2 subs, 2 other subs were made in front of mine, and it still took over 20 minutes for 2 workers to make 4 subs. 🤯 I finally walked out close to 2:30. It's that new age freaky fast, I guess.

  Lady seemed less than happy to service us, both subs were wrong and mine tasted off - made me sick for a few days.

  Two mobile orders one month apart for 4 or more subs. The first order I received requested subs after an hour wait in store for mobile pick up. The subs were on stale, rock-hard bread. The next order I did not receive one of the subs I ordered.

  this store is right down the road such a great stop 0ff Exit 81-101 iv made this my number 1 shop stop with a shell and a dunkin and chickenshop its great but At jimmy john's they are great i stop in after a online order to find a item not available that are placed a online order when i got there i spoke to the female employee that was working offer me 2 options and was very courteous and did everything to make me happy. All I'm saying, Jimmy John's and their smiles, they get my vote thanks guys for your hardwork and care!!!! 05/11/26
