    Sitting here now for 25 minutes. I called them back and they said they're waiting for my burger so I guess that means my cheddar peppers is just sitting there getting cold. And this was 5 minutes ago that I called back in there and I still don't have my food. I've already paid $12 and some change and I'm upset I'm supposed to be somewhere in 2 minutes. So I just got it.     Wow. Talk about poor customer service. I had ordered my food and came up to the window, then decided I needed to order an extra drink. I proceeded to ask if they could add the extra drink to my order or make a separate order for it, to which the associate just took my card and shut the drive-through window in my face and I could hear her say “it’s too early for these people to be asking to add something on their order.” I understand the inconvenience, but how difficult is it to make a single drink? After waiting 10 minutes, we eventually got our food and extra drink, but the associate did not speak again. No “thank you” or “have a nice day” just silence and rudeness which ruined my day. Will never be coming back to this location.

    Should be 0 stars. Ordered on app and waited 25 minutes. No food was brought out to anyone and drive thru had 6 cars. First car was turned off with driver standing outside of car waiting. What the heck is going on??? Got a refund through Sonic corporate. This place should be shut down!
