  We ordered our food on the app 20 minutes before 10. We had to wait 15 for the food. Our presence wasn't acknowledged, we had to get out of the car and speak with them about it order. We received of fries and nuggets. The sandwiches were fresh, but we were missing one. The lemonade was lemon water. We tried to let them know through the app and weren't able to get it rectified. We were given 4 gift cards for free shakes. We gave them to someone local because we are from out of state.

  It is crowded a lot of times but as expected. Very good food and good service, employees are very nice and helpful

  They shrink your orders, making them small, while making you pay for the larger orders. They don’t give sauces, even when you pay extra for them.

  Whats wrong with the chick-fil-a one on in the mall is shitty and now I go to this on riverside dr and something always wrong ima stop going becuase I'm worried about the other one of this cool wrapp I paid $18 I got a sweet tea the tea tasted old. And the fries had a black hair in the bottom and then the Mac n cheese tasted old some parts was dark yellow and kept the cool wrap i ate one side idk if it was molded too i ate it ill know because ill be sick as hell. This side is full of mold when I tried to call the place I couldn't get anyone they closed by time I get off work and didnt have time ima make time tomorrow this is ridiculous. I didnt want a food return i keep getting shitty food and this is outta hand.

  I went to Chick-fil-A on Riverside yesterday afternoon and I went through the drive thru.Honestly I didn’t think it was possible to have a bad experience at Chick-fil-A, but a young girl with black hair in the drive-thru proved me wrong. From the moment I pulled up, the attitude was immediate and impossible to ignore. No greeting, no warmth just a cold, irritated tone like I was bothering her by ordering food at her job.Every interaction felt forced and borderline hostile. Simple questions were met with short, clipped answers, and there was zero attempt at basic customer service. It’s honestly shocking, considering Chick-fil-A’s reputation for being overly polite.This felt like the complete opposite more like she visibly unhappy to be there, it really brings down the whole experience. One person shouldn’t be able to ruin the vibe of an entire place, but somehow, she managed to do exactly that. Management seriously needs to step in, because this is not what people expect when they come here I will not spend another dollar at Chick-fil-A because of this experience.
