- WHWilliam HawkinsApr 15, 20261.0I was refunded $3.19. I received $3.15, and was told that “we always round down”, aka “we are stealing”. It was never advertised as such and the staff proceeded to argue with me over my change. I offered to give them a penny so I would get the correct change I was owed and they refused. I already was iffy on chick fil a after recent experiences but I will avoid the chain as a whole after today.

Also I felt like the cashier wasn't customer friendly, she wasn't rude but she wasn't friendly either. It just kinda seemed like she didn't want to be there but if you have a job that deals with the public you need to make customers feel welcome!
