- JRJames Reckling2 days ago3.0The food is the good the side portions are tiny. In effort to cut costs Bojangles has cut the size of their side dishes big time. It is not like a thimble size of side dish compared to what it used to be. Also the filet on the chicken sandwich has gotten much smaller. Looks like time to go to Popeyes or Chic Fil A. Screw Blowjangles.

I told them it was supposed to be large so they gave me a large drink but did not give me the large side. Looking at my receipt I did not pay for large so they gave me what I paid for but I specifically asked for large. Obviously if I was willing to order it I was willing to pay for it. I did not want something for free. I wanted to receive what I wanted. The food itself was okay, I asked for light ice in my iced tea which the cup was full of the brim of ice. So I had a few sips of tea, the biscuits were normal. Fast food, breakfast biscuits. Nothing special but the hash browns were super soggy and disappointing. I stopped there because I didn't want to drive and deal with the traffic light to go to Hardee's and I wish I had just done that.

They gave me 2 small paper bags and my 2 ricebowls. They were out of plastic bags for the rice bowls. I incorrectly assumed my kids order was in the bags. ( chicken nuggets and hash rounds) the wait at the drive thru was insanley long. Only one car in front of me but wait was around 10 minutes. Got home there was a biscuit in each bag. Nothing for my kid. So I had to cook something for him as rice bowls arent his thing. There was a long line behind me as I left. And pretty sure some of them were getting angry. Hope things get better and it was a one night thing.
