I went in to wash my hands before ordering my food, and I saw an employee using the restroom and he walked out without washing his hands and proceeded to go back into the. I immediately walked out and didn’t order any food so if you visit this location, please be aware of that. Some of these employees are not washing their hands.

I have often seen the employees subjected to constant harassment by white people simply because they are Latino, but let me tell you, the genuine humanity found here is incredible; I go there often to grab a bite, and I am always met with a smile from the staff—something I don't see in places staffed only by white workers. Latinos have a wonderful way about them. Almost all the reviews for this place are terrible, but let me tell you, it’s simply a matter of discrimination; 90% of the employees here are Latino, and I constantly witness the extent of that discrimination—from the way people speak to them to the way they toss money at them. So, don't let the negative comments put you off; go see for yourself and enjoy your meal—you'll see it's not a bad place.

I told them it was supposed to be large so they gave me a large drink but did not give me the large side. Looking at my receipt I did not pay for large so they gave me what I paid for but I specifically asked for large. Obviously if I was willing to order it I was willing to pay for it. I did not want something for free. I wanted to receive what I wanted. The food itself was okay, I asked for light ice in my iced tea which the cup was full of the brim of ice. So I had a few sips of tea, the biscuits were normal. Fast food, breakfast biscuits. Nothing special but the hash browns were super soggy and disappointing. I stopped there because I didn't want to drive and deal with the traffic light to go to Hardee's and I wish I had just done that.
