  Had a website issue that caused the driver to end up without a tip. The order was placed on the website and routed to door dash who couldn't help. I called the store 6 times that evening, each time they hung up on me before I could even speak. You're about to close in 30 minutes, I get it. But how about answering the phone to figure out why somebody is calling repeatedly? I wasn't trying to complain or place an order - I wanted to make sure the driver was paid. Awful service.

  Not one, but two burnt pizzas somehow made it into a box and to my house. How an employee thought this was appropriate is beyond me.

  Im not a cheese lover but dont have to hate me.. Edited: came on 6/4/26 and they fed me whole family of 9 which was very grateful and all but they could not accommodate my sweet chili and medium mix even if you guys have to cook two batches thats fine, but thank you great community relation!

  This Pizza Hut is truly the best! Every time I order from this location, they treat my food with care and respect — from perfectly packaging my pizza to making sure deliveries are smooth with excellent handoffs. The pizzas I receive are always so fresh and have that fresh taste to them as well. They are baked beautifully with just the perfect amount of ingredients in every bite — truly flavorful and delicious every single time. The entire staff is always friendly, kind, polite, and consistently treats customers with the utmost respect. Even if there are ever minor issues, they handle every concern with patience, understanding, professionalism, and positivity. They always make sure everything is resolved in a respectful and caring manner, which really shows how much they value customer satisfaction. The overall atmosphere, customer service, and quality of care at this establishment are absolutely outstanding. I am highly pleased every single time I order from here, and I will definitely continue returning for more pizza. Keep up the amazing work!

  I recently visited the Pizza Hut in Dale City, VA, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish! The pizza was excellent—perfectly crispy crust, fresh toppings, and that classic Pizza Hut flavor that hits every time. What really stood out was the customer service, especially from Mohammad. He was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect. His positive attitude and genuine care really made my visit special. The restaurant was clean and well-organized too. If you’re in the Dale City area and craving great pizza with top-notch service, this is the spot! Highly recommend—I’ll definitely be back soon thanks to Mohammad and the team. 5 stars all the way!
