  Estoy en el Mac donald pedí una orden . Para recoger en el driver . Pero le pedí . Al manager si era posible dármelo en la tienda . Le pregunté si había una orden . Con mi código . AO41 . Y me contestó muy mal . Disiendome que valla por el driver . O que espere que era mi turno . De muy mala actitud y ni siquiera . Me saludó cuando entré . Su mal genio o actitud para contestar . Con Tono fuerte de voz . Cuando hay alguien que está cansado . O aburrido no debería trabajar . Tan solo irse a casa y descansar . El debería haberme contestado buenas noches en que le puedo ayudar y explicarle de la mejor manera . No alzándome la voz y . Decirme usted es driver . Y valla por atrás allá le darán . O lo mejor hubiera sido . Haré lo posible en ayudarle . Si yo entré a pedir mi orden es porque tenia a mi bb en el auto. Y la fila afuera era muy grande . Espicificare . El señor tenía camisa a tallas blanca con celeste . Era bajo . Y de cabello ondulado .

  I don't normally go to this McDonald's but decided to stop and get a hot caramel macchiato and this is what I found at the bottom of it if they ran out of caramel sauce they should have just said so. It was about 1/4 cup of sugar at the bottom.

  Waited forever staring at my pick up order while the rude incompetent workers kept looking and ignoring me until I had to call someone over to hand me something one inch away and even then they seemed confused and struggled with no apology or explanation. Thanks for wasting my time for cold food and a melted drink.

  visited this McDonald's (4245 Dale Blvd, Dale City, VA) late at night with my children. We were told to use the drive-thru and waited about 10–12 minutes. When we tried to order ice cream, we were told the machine was broken, and then we were told the system only accepted cash. We only had a card. This was frustrating, especially with kids. It would be helpful if customers were informed earlier about cash-only service and if staff communicated more clearly.
