  Went with a group for impromptu high-school graduation celebration. Our group was comprised of 9 adults and 3 children under 5. It was 11 am and the restaurant was just opening. When we arrived the restaurant was empty but we were told they were expecting 2 groups. Groups of 35 and 10. WE WERE SEATED PRIOR TO EITHER GROUP ARRIVING! When the first group (10) arrived their order was placed. Group two (35) was seated and they placed their order. A member of that party (35) approached our booths and inquired if we wanted something to drink. She said she didn't work there but saw how long we had been waiting. At hour one, the only employyee other than the bartender that we saw, apologized, took our order delivered drinks and explained that she was the only person working. At the two hour point she comes back and when I note that we have been there 2 hours, she said "I just got help so it won't be too much longer. By now group one (10) has eaten and departed. Group 2's (35) food is being delivered and we're still without food. Two hours and 30 minutes later, we still had not been served. We were (2 adults of the 9) are at the door leaving when a member of staff says "The food coming out now" we responded we've been here 2 and a half hours. We're leaving. She asks for us to wait for the manager who tells us "We've only got 1 cook and 3 waiters. Who's gonna pay for your food?" I said "We won't pay for food we never received." The manager then instructed her staff to remove and cancel all orders for our "group". We left! Ultimately the other people were served. They said the food was mid at best. Buffalo lost at least 2 customers forever and it will be a cold day when the other 7 return to Buffalo Wild Wings

  Every time you dine in better be ready to wait for a server for easy 30 minutes, tables are stacked with leftover from previous customers and still there after you leave , really short in staff members and most of the time food is cold or missing some items

  Buffalos wild wings used to be one of my favorite places to eat. Service used to be great and so were the wings. Upper management needs to regroup. We walked in (2 of us) waited 10 minutes for a booth! There were 9 booths that hadn’t been cleaned from the previous customers being at them. We finally got a seat then waited 15 minutes before anyone took our drink order! We got our drinks then we sat there for another 20 minutes hungry waiting to order . Got frustrated and got up and walked out the door. I don’t know what is happening there but the food and service the last 4 times we have visited has sucked! Used to get the nachos for appetizer but the size has been cut in half and only has a half spoon of chili spread sparingly on them? Wings are never hot anymore and seem like they have been warmed over a couple of times? One of the waiters had his hair bushy and down over his eyes and couldn’t see where he was going or what he was doing. I fear that this restaurant won’t last much longer with the quality and service gone out the window! Management may have to face it that they may have to pay more to get some better employees and effort from the employees and maybe they will draw in business instead of running the customers away! I may not ever go back!

  I used to come here all the time, like clockwork for boneless wing nights. Never had an issue with the food, and I paid with my card every time, signed the receipt, and moved on like a normal person. Apparently during that stretch their system wasn’t actually charging cards and no one said a word about it. No heads up, no “hey just so you know,” nothing. So I kept coming in thinking everything was handled like usual. Then months later completely out of the blue I get hit with a stack of charges all at once. $20, $30, $40 over and over, and it ended up totaling a couple hundred dollars. At first I thought my card got compromised. Nope, just them finally running all the old transactions at once. I get that I owed for the food, that’s not the issue. It’s the fact there was zero communication and it all landed at once way later when I wasn’t expecting it. So yeah this happened a long time ago and I waited to drop this, but it felt fitting to show up out of nowhere just like those charges did. Food’s fine but that experience definitely stuck with me.

  Such a disappointment. The service was very slow, even though the place was not busy. We waited over 20 minutes before someone even approached our table to clean it. The table we sat at was filthy, not to mention the balled up dirty napkins that were all over the floor. The food was average at best. We hadn't been in a BWW for quite a while - it'll be even longer before we go back. Skip this spot.
