  This location has the rudest employees I have ever dealt with. We ordered food to be delivered. We were missing food and called the establishment to let them know. They refused to send the food that was missing and also refused to refund us for the food that was missing. The employee was incredibly rude. Doordash tried to resolve it for us and the employees there were rude to them as well. We had to escalate it to corporate to get our money back. This is NOT customer service. They were quick to take our money but nasty when there was a problem. I would not support them at all unless they get better people to work there. Unacceptable!

  Once again spend $60 on food for my family, was missing fries, food was cold, and this time it made the whole family sick we all got food poisoning and the Hershey squirts this is the 3rd time thats happened here. Management needs to step up it's been over a year and these issues still aren't fixed. Perhaps train your employees better on hold times and food safety it's ridiculous yall are selling food making people sick. At this point it's worse than buffalo wild wings across the street and the two star rating is well deserved as the incompetent owner and management haven't made any effort or improvements to fix these issues now. They need better training and employees that actually care. Its usually just young kids in there that don't take the job seriously. I've been in line here for 20 min before while the employees bsing in the back on their phones and ignore customers just to give out terrible cold food. As seen from my review a year ago the manager has done nothing to help and no reply or care for the issue and dont really expect any different this time. Stay away unless you want your whole family fighting over the toilet with explosive diarrhea. You should sell your franchise because it's terrible and you suck at running that store.

  Delicious wings and fries!! Second time ordering over the phone for pickup/takeout. This time we got garlic parmesan, Korean BBQ, mango habanero annnd they were PERFECT. Quick service. Thanks wingstop crew!

  Sticky tables , sticky floors, and horrible seatings. The tables were too close together and i couldnt even move my chair because of the floor or the horrible chair maybe both i dont know at this point. Smaller establishment than i thought. Missing the regular lids. We asked for lids for our drinks and even brought them over to the counter mind you two filled drinks. Took forever to asist us and take out the lids from packaging. Just a bunch of teens slouching. Walked past us with the lids and didn't offer us any after we asked and alerted them. There were around four employees all in the back, not paying attention, stood there a while waiting for assistance and even the one young lady that somewhat helped took a while to do. ONLY GAVE US TWO RANCHES but we had four orders , we had 3 free ones since we had coupons and one fully paid order. Im not even sure they gave us the rights wings for one of them. First time coming in person . NOT GREAT. also a little kid got the lids before us even though WE ASKED. AND IT WAS RAINING ALL DAY OUTSIDE. IM SURE THE FOOD GOT SOAKED. Not happy about my pants. ALSO somehow for this place its too much for them to type a code into their keypad even though its faster than for a customer to do it online. Its not like they have anything better to do. Saw them on their phones on the jobs and taking photos of eachother. Laughing. Smiling.

  I had the best experience at this wingstop location. Food was fresh and a young lady name Erica was meant to be a leader and manager. She rolled around that kitchen along with taking care of clients up front to make sure everyone was happy. Hard to find that kind of customer service these day and when you do you better hold on to them. Thanks again and look forward to coming back.
