The fact you are charged for a water and it’s almost 5 dollars for water is actually ridiculous charging for plastic in the way you guys are is actually insane everything has already gone up and people are hurting as it is but hey let’s charge 5 dollars for water and any extra small plastic when you are a multi million dollar company hope you shut down

This location has been around since I was a child, and it’s honestly sad to see how much the quality and customer service have gone downhill over the years. Unfortunately, 90% of the time something in our order is wrong whether it’s the Blizzards, chili dogs, or other items. I normally try not to complain, and when I have reached out to management in the past, they have always tried their best to correct the issue, which I appreciate. However, after years of repeated bad experiences, I’ve decided I will no longer be spending money at this location. The incident yesterday was the final straw. My daughter really wanted Dairy Queen, so despite our past experiences, I decided to give this location another chance. I ordered a meal that came with a sundae. The sundae normally comes with fudge, but I asked if I could substitute sprinkles instead. I was told I would be charged an additional topping fee, which honestly didn’t make sense since I was removing one topping to replace it with another. I then asked if the fudge could simply be placed on the side instead of on the sundae. I was told that could not be done because the side cup costs 30 cents. I even offered to pay the 30 cents, and then asked if the topping could instead be placed in the lid or another container already included with the order. Again, I was told no. At that point, after years of ongoing issues and poor experiences, I politely asked for my order to be canceled and left. It wasn’t really about the sprinkles or the fudge it was the lack of flexibility, customer service, and overall consistency after so many chances given to this location. What’s disappointing is that other Dairy Queen locations we’ve visited do not have these same issues, so I understand this may come down to how this specific location is managed. I truly hate leaving negative reviews, especially for a place that holds childhood memories for me, but unfortunately this experience was enough for me to decide not to return.

Y’all listen, save yourself the trip. I have been here several times over the years but today was my final straw. 1st our order was incorrect. Instead of fixing it we were told we could order reorder at 1/2 off. Our daughter asked for a cup for water. We were told it would be $3+ because they had to charge for the cup. Okay good thing we had a Sunday, we just used the lid for water. Then there was the banana split. The Bananas were dark and mushy. The banana was rotten. Pay a little more and go to the local ice cream shop Scoops on Davis. Save yourself an awful experience. The employees are unable to help. I do not believe this is their fault but they are frustrated and it shows. I fully believe as a business owner myself that this is a prime example of poor ownership. If the owner was proud of their establishment they would make it easy to contact them. I am a Dairy Queen lover but this is NOT what Dairy Queen’s are like. ~ Audrey
