Y’all listen, save yourself the trip. I have been here several times over the years but today was my final straw.
1st our order was incorrect. Instead of fixing it we were told we could order reorder at 1/2 off. Our daughter asked for a cup for water. We were told it would be $3+ because they had to charge for the cup. Okay good thing we had a Sunday, we just used the lid for water. Then there was the banana split. The Bananas were dark and mushy. The banana was rotten. Pay a little more and go to the local ice cream shop Scoops on Davis. Save yourself an awful experience. The employees are unable to help. I do not believe this is their fault but they are frustrated and it shows. I fully believe as a business owner myself that this is a prime example of poor ownership. If the owner was proud of their establishment they would make it easy to contact them. I am a Dairy Queen lover but this is NOT what Dairy Queen’s are like. ~ Audrey

Stale buns and barely any candy in Blizzard. Standards are lame, give your money elsewhere.

Our ice cream was good. The service was rude like we were in the way. The dinning area was clean. The bathrooms where a mess with no tp or paper towels.

We purchased 6 blizzards today. Upon tasting them, one of my children complained that her ice cream tasted terrible. I tasted it and confirmed it tasted bitter and bad. Only two spoonfuls were consumed. The manager said they could give us another blizzard half off. I told the manager we want a replacement or our money back and they refused. So after spending $40 on ice cream and receiving a bad one, they want more money. The manager refused to give her name or the name of owner. They said complaints need to be made with corporate. The corporate website says to contact the owner directly. That's the last penny they will get from me. I recommend you buy ice cream or food somewhere else. Not to mention their certificate from the health department on display is expired for 2 years.
