  Definitely not the best Arby's that we have been to. Unable to make any Turkey Gyro Wraps. The Cheese steak sandwich was ok. The floors were VERY STICKY. I doubt very highly we will go there ever again.

  Got there at 8:40, no one in the parking lot and one person waiting for there order but we had to wait at the speaker for 5 minutes until he came on asking us for our order, then had to wait another 20 minutes to finally receive our food which was semi cold. Why have us wait if you have our food already made? Four cars drove up after us and got there food before us. When we went to pay he didnt give us a receipt or our change until we had to ask him. Poor management because they were under staffed (under trained), quality of food isn't upto par cold food losses its flavor, tea wasn't filled all the way up

  Culpeper Arbys---Disappointed is an understatement! I love Arby’s Pecan Chicken Salad Sandwich and I was so excited that it was back for the summer! Anyone who has had this sandwich knows it’s usually packed with huge chunks of chicken, pecans, grapes, apples and celery on 2 thick slices of honey wheat bread—it’s normally a heavy, hearty sandwich. ​ After driving 25 minutes home to enjoy my meal, As you can see from the picture, I got a practically empty sandwich instead. Definitely NOT worth the $15+ price tag for a few fries and an empty piece of bread.

  The food is always good but the Culpeper, VA store is always short staffed and the wait is long. I got tired of waiting in the drive thru so I went inside and still had to wait. They had a total of 4 people working. 1 clearly new, at noon on a Saturday. The wait at this one has been long for several years. If they could get the appropriate staffing, it would be a great store and get more business. The wait turns people away.
