We get the Açai bowls with Nutella and everytime we order online, we ask for extra Nutella drizzle, but whenever we get it, it’s just a small amount of Nutella, and we are always charged almost $3 extra to get the extra drizzle and never get it. It’s small and it’s probably stupid but if we are paying for extra, it should be extra, stop being stingy with the Nutella.

This morning I visited a Tropical Smoothie location and had an experience that left me feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome.
When I entered, I was greeted with, “How can I help you?” I responded with, “Good morning,” and placed my order. After ordering, I handed the employee a $20 bill. She took the money, placed it on the counter, and walked away, telling another employee, “Can you go finish with her because I’m finishing a pickup order.”
At no point did she explain what she was doing, provide my change, or communicate with me further. My money remained sitting on the counter until another employee came over. That employee did not greet me or acknowledge me. While I was on a work call with my manager, I still made an effort to speak to her, but she did not respond. She simply held my change out over the register, and after I took it, she walked away without saying anything.
A few minutes later, a third employee brought me my drink. Throughout the interaction, I felt that the employees were dismissive, gave me unfriendly looks, and failed to provide even basic customer service such as greeting me, communicating about my order, or thanking me for my business.
I am a regular customer of Tropical Smoothie and have visited many locations without issue. Because of the way I was treated today, I left feeling disrespected and concerned that I may have been subjected to racial profiling. While I cannot know the employees’ intentions, the interaction made me feel unwelcome and deeply saddened. I believe every customer deserves to be treated with courtesy, respect, and professionalism regardless of their race or background.
I wanted to bring this experience to your attention for review. If I could give no stars then I would !

No one absolutely NO ONE acknowledges you when you come in, then you stand there and they see you but ignore you for at least 5 minutes! Then they come up to the register, still has not spoken to you! And stand there, filling out share your sunshine cards. Walk off and tape them to the wall. Come back, and stand there! Finally, Im like are you ready? She said, yeah, what you want! Ask if I can order the bowl, tell her what I want on it and then kinda rolls the eye and said is that all! Then, in her flip flops that are literally sticking to the floor due to nastiness, and this ha been the last two times there, so apparently they don’t mop! About 5 minutes later she comes back, and hands us the bowl, and walks off, not have a good day or thanks, just walks off! Mind you, its not busy! Guess, we will drive to Chester, praying its better service! after I receive my bowl And added stuff to the bowl that doesn’t come with it, like honey and chia seeds! Then says sorry! And, it wasnt frozen’ it was pure liquid!

We stood at the counter for a full 10 minutes or so before we were even acknowledged. When the employee walked up to the register, she just stared at us waiting. We weren’t greeted in any form or fashion. We had to ask the employee if she was ready as opposed to her asking what we would like to order. The customer service aspect definitely requires some kind if training/retraining. Please see to it that the service side of it is corrected.

the wrap was great this is a great place for breakfast and a pick me up nosh. the only complaint was the drink was a bit watery nice tho
