Had the simple order delayed due to me asking for no jokes as i just wanted to order and go. Only to find out I didn’t get all the items included and she didn’t give me a receipt. So going back in for just the cinnamon twists was met with issues and more attitude and crappy customer service. On top of the fact that her long hair was not tied back. Food service with an attitude and unsanitary.

I don’t expect white glove service but I expect decent customer service at least. I ordered a large drink, a midnight Baja blast. Instead of just telling me they don’t have the midnight Baja blast they just weren’t gonna give me a cup for the drink I asked for. When I asked about my drink I was then told by a young lady with red braids with a not so good attitude that they were out of the requested drink. And instead of still giving me the cup for the drink I paid for looked at me as though I was irritating her. So I explained that I still paid for the drink even if they don’t have the one I asked for I still would like to choose something else it’s not like they have to pour the drink for me just give me the cup. Poor customer service.
